Abstract

 

This research aims to know the influence of career planning, career development and compensation to the performance employee at Jambuluwuk Puncak Resort. The respondents in this research were 117 respondent permanent and contract employee by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, data analysis which used is statistic analysis is the form of double linier regression test.The result of this research shows that either partially, The variable of the career planning, career development and compensation have the influence a positive impact to the performance employee at Jambuluwuk Puncak Resort. It has been proven from the result of (test T) partial shows significant point of three independent variables that support the hipothesys. Therefore, the result of this research accepted that there is influence between the variable of the career planning, career development and compensation to the performance employee at Jambuluwuk Puncak Resort.
