Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management Terhadap Sustainability Business: Pendekatan Konsep

Abstract


Di tengah isu meningkatnya kerusakan lingkungan hidup karena proses produksi, maka manajemen sumber daya hijau diperlukan untuk meminimalisir kondisi tersebut. manajemen sumber daya hijau merupakan suatu kebijakan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan aspek lingkungan untuk menjaga kelestarian alam dalam pengelolaan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memaparkan pendekatan konseptual yang menggambarkan hubungan variabel-variabel manajemen sumber daya hijau terhadap keberlanjutan sebuah perusahaan. Artikel ini mempresentasikan beberapa konsep teori dari rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan hijau, kinerja hijau, kompensasi hijau dan keberlanjutan perusahaan serta beberapa tujuan penelitian yang mengamati mengenai hubungan variabel-variabel rekrutmen hijau, pelatihan hijau, kinerja hijau, kompensasi hijau dan keberlanjutan perusahaan yang diharapkan untuk dapat mengembangkan tujuan penelitian.
