Transformasi Digital Technopreneurship Perempuan melalui Business Model Canvas Berbasis Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

Keterbatasan literasi digital, inovasi produk yang monoton, serta tata kelola model bisnis konvensional membatasi keberlanjutan ekonomi UMKM perempuan di pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan model transformasi digital technopreneurship perempuan melalui rekonstruksi Business Model Canvas (BMC) berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) pada komunitas Saparantu Ecocraft di Desa Bojong, Kabupaten Cianjur. Menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) berbasis kerangka Agile dalam tiga siklus iteratif selama enam bulan, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan platform AI generatif (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI) ke dalam sembilan elemen BMC. Hasil penelitian membuktikan integrasi AI mampu menekan biaya operasional pemasaran hingga 85% (dari Rp2.000.000 menjadi Rp300.000/bulan), merealisasikan diversifikasi dari 0% produk bernilai tambah menjadi 5 jenis produk interior baru, meningkatkan trafik digital sebesar 300% dan konversi penjualan sebesar 45%, serta meningkatkan skor kesiapan digital perajin dari 1,8 menjadi 4,4 (skala 5,0). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi ilmiah berupa model konseptual transformasi digital inklusif yang mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan, inovasi model bisnis adaptif, dan pemberdayaan perempuan berbasis kearifan lokal.
