The Influence of The Ok Oce Program on Development of Business Entrepreneurs and Growth of Employment in South Jakarta in 2017 – 2018 Putra, Amin Khasyim Azuz The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the development of entrepreneurs and job growth. The population of this study is a entrepreneurs from various background who join Program OK OCE as a new entrepreneurs. those data analyze by using simple regression equation from data statistic. The result is showen that in partial connection from Program OK OCE to the development of entrepreneurs is positive and significant 14 % with correlation between those are weak 0.377, partial connection from Program OK OCE to job growth the result is positive and significant 57% with correlation between those variabel are strong 0.758. BUILDING A VIRTUAL HAND FOR SIMULATION Hidayat, Muhammad Agung In this paper, one of the advanced technology in the field of human-computer interaction is known as the virtual hand. At the first, we have to know the grasping behavior.  The virtual hand simulation can give experience grasping behavior and natural interaction. Many of HCI researcher said that one day the interaction between human and computer will be more natural, easy to use and less error. We only focus on 3D hand gesture. We use the engaging virtual application that supports 3D hand gesture in order to test whether the combination of grasping will provide the desired effect or not. We present the result from usability evaluation experiments. And finally, we want to shows that the  3D hand gesture can be grasping naturally look like the human hand. ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH MARKETING STRATEGY ANALYSIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA INSTAGRAM NANINE.ID Lestari, Nina Barkah, Cecep Safa'atul Tresna, Pratami Wulan Chan, Arianis The purpose of this research is to determine the dimension of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) consisting of intensity, the valence of opinion, and content applied in social media Instagram nanine.id. The population in this study is Instagram users who have visited nanine.id Instagram profile and heard about or used eWOM to get information about buying nanine.id products. Sampling technique to determine the sample to be used in this study using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and Forum Group Discussions (FGD). The data analysis method used is a descriptive statistical analysis technique. The result shows that the three dimensions of electronic word of mouth are already implemented with a very high category on Instagram nanine.id. The intensity dimension has an average score of 4.28, the valence of opinion has an average score of 4.25, and content has an average score of 4.56. To maintain and increase e-WOM through Instagram social media, there are several strategies proposed by the author, including consistently maintaining product and service quality, providing incentives, and creating interactive content. Waste Factors Analysis in Instant Noodle Production Process at PT Prakarsa Alam Segar Bekasi: A Lean Six Sigma Approach Vikaliana, Resista Aditama, Prayogi Nasim, Eman Sulaeman Supandi, Irwansyah PT Prakarsa Alam Segar is one of the largest noodle-making companies in Indonesia. In its production activities, waste is one of the main problems of PT Prakarsa Alam Segar. This study aims to determine the activities that result in waste and the right solution to minimize waste during the production process. This study focuses on the use of flour raw materials in the production process in the Noodle 2 department. This research is a descriptive qualitative research conducted using the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) approach with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) method, a framework to fix problematic processes. The analysis techniques used included cause-effect diagrams, SIPOC diagrams, and FMEA. The results showed that the failure and waste of flour material during the instant noodle production process in the Noodle 2 department was related to 3 processes on the production line, namely: (1) Roll Press, (2) Cutting, and (3) Frying. The subjects in this study were new consumers of electric cigarettes who made purchasing decisions at 54 Vape Store Tanjung Duren. The sample used in this study was 170 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Analysis of Price, Brand Awareness, and Brand Image to The Purchase Intention of Pregnancy Pillow (Case Study of Surya Bedsheet) Gading, Delita Kusuma Nusraningrum, Dewi This study was conducted to determine analysis of price, brand awareness, and brand image to the purchase intention of pregnancy pillow (case study of Surya Bedsheet). The object of the research is the mothers and pregnancy women in Indonesia. The data was obtained by using a questionnaire distributed online to 115 respondents. The data was examined with Partial Least Square (PLS) by testing the outer and inner model with a significance level of 0.05 (5%=1.96). The results indicated that price (t-stats=1.134) positive but has no significant influence toward purchase intention, brand awareness (t-stats=2.239), and brand image (t-stats=4.709) are positive and have influences on purchase intention. The highest impact is from brand (t-stats=4.709). It shows that product innovation for pregnancy pillow is an essential consideration for consumers to buy pregnancy pillow. In overview, Surya Bedsheet is a small medium enterprise engaged in the production of baby and mother products that continually upgrade their product and customer service for better serve the customers.Keywords: Price; Brand Awareness; Brand Image; Purchase Intention. Language Mastery of Refugee Children in Malaysia Despite Adverse Circumstances Fernandez Aspin, Janet Cheong, Loh Sau  Refugee education is a challenge to the Malaysian government, with the ever rising influx of refugees into the country. Malaysia has policies in place whereby refugee children are not entitled or allowed an education in the government school system. They are encouraged to secure private education. The researcher was appointed as the external examiner for Year Six, the final year of Primary Education, whereby it was noted that a number of students had mastery of languages despite their adverse circumstances as refugee children.  Eleven students from the refugee camp were randomly selected on the basis of anonymity. They were interviewed within a secure environment and this data was analysed along with the test answer scripts. THE EFFECTS OF JOB STRESS AND COMPENSATION ON EMPLOYEE TURNOVER INTENTION AS MEDIATED BY ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT (At Dinas Pariwisata and Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta) Saryanti, Silfi Defi Lo, Singmin Johanes This study aims to analyse the effects of Job Stress and Compensation on employee Turnover Intention as mediated by Organizational Commitment. The populations in this research are 147 permanent employees of Dinas Pariwisata and Kebudayaan DKI Jakarta. The research samples are 89 respondents by using Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance. The sampling method used is a quota sampling taken proportionally for each level. The method of data collection uses questionnaires. Data are analysed using SEM SmartPLS version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results of this research show that: (1) Job stress has a positive and significant influence on employee turnover intention; (2) Compensation has a positive, but not significant influence on employee turnover intention; (3) Job stress has a negative and significant influence on employee organizational commitment; (4) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee organizational commitment; (5) Organizational commitment has a negative and not significant influence on employee turnover intention; (6) Organizational commitment does not significantly mediate the influence of job stress on employee turnover intention; and (7) Organizational commitment does not significantly mediate the influence of compensation on employee turnover intention. This object are XYZ Vocational School teacher of 60 respondents that have different work experience and educational background. This study used SEM data analysis techniques and used Smart PLS 3.2.7. Versions. The population used all XYZ Vocational School teachers of 60 respondents. The results of data examination and calculation, is acquired the output from the positive and significant impact of leadership toward teacher motivation and performance, and a motivation as endegenous variable that makes positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Exogenous variables (transformational leadership and compensation) toward motivation that is acquired by result R-square (R2) = 0.760. Then exogenous variables (transformational leadership and compensation) toward work performance teacher that is acquired by result R-square (R2) = 0.839. Base on this explains that determination of exogenous variable (transformational leadership and compensation) on endogenous variable (motivation and work performance) are moderately high. The Effect of Job Stress, Work From Home Policy, and Effective Communication on Employee Performance (A Study on the Quality Assurance Division of PT. Kobus Smart Service) Hidayatulloh, Taopik Affini, Dinar Nur Lestari, Nurul Sukma Abstract – This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, Work From Home (WFH) policies, and effective communication on the performance of employees in the Quality Assurance division at PT. Kobus Smart Service. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, targeting all 44 permanent employees through a saturated sampling method. Data were collected using surveys and structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that job stress has a significant negative impact on employee performance, indicating that heightened stress levels reduce focus and effectiveness. Conversely, the WFH policy and effective communication exhibit a significant positive influence on performance, suggesting that flexible working arrangements and clear communication enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of stress management strategies, the integration of WFH practices, and fostering effective communication to optimize employee performance. TOURISTS’ INTENTION TO VISIT POST-DISASTER DESTINATION Sitio, Alverina Agusta Lombok was hit by an earthquake of 7.0 magnitude on the mid of 2017. As a tourist destination, such disaster had a negative impact where its inbound tourist decreased to almost 75% on the following year. However, there is a possibility that Lombok may shift its destination image into a post-disaster destination. Such concept has been documented on tourism literatures, where scholars investigate the peculiarities of tourists’ travel motivation to the post-disaster destinations. However, there is a lack of investigation regarding the negative tourists’ motivations in the context of post-disaster destinations. Thus, this study aims to fill this gap by investigating the relationships of perceived risks and travel constraints toward tourists’ intention to visit. The population in this study is mobile gamer who plays Mobile Legend: Bang-Bang. The sample used in this study was collected in South Meruya, West Jakarta with the total of 130 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. THE EFFECT OF SERVICE QUALITY AND PRODUCT QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT HAIDILAO RESTAURANTS IN JAKARTA Theophila, Bena Tria Hapsari, Ajeng Andirani Increasingly fierce competition in the restaurant industry requires every business operator to provide superior service and product quality in order to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Haidilao, as one of the hotpot restaurants, faces challenges in maintaining service and product quality amid rising consumer satisfaction.The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction among Haidilao consumers in Jakarta is impacted by the quality of the products and services provided. Purposive sampling and a survey method are two quantitative approaches used in this research. 391 individuals who have made purchases at Haidilao within the previous six months participated in this study. Multiple linear regression was used in the analysis to examine each variable's partial and simultaneous influence. The findings demonstrated that, partially and concurrently, service and product quality had a favorable and considerable impact on customer satisfaction. These results demonstrate that enhancing the quality of the products and services offered is a crucial tactic for raising patron satisfaction at restaurants such as Haidilao. One of them is Bukalapak, the leading online shopping place in Indonesia that sells goods and services. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, security, risk perception and information quality on loyalty with satisfaction as a moderating variable on the Bukalapak e-commerce site. The type of data used in this study is primary data with 150 respondents. Testing is done with SPSS 21. At the analysis stage through validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroxedasticity, regression tests with Modereted Regression Analysis (MRA) , test the coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that the variables of trust and risk perception did not affect customer loyalty on the Bukalapak site while the security and quality of information affected customer loyalty. The method used is panel data regression analysis and found that the appropriate model to use is a common effect. THE EFFECT OF WORKING CAPITAL CREDIT FINANCING OF REGIONAL GOVERNMENT BANKS ON THE VALUE OF THE SRI- KEHATI INDEX IN THE CONTEXT OF SUSTAINABLE FINANCE IN INDONESIA Ruray, Irvan Salafuddin Pratama, Aditya Abstract – This study analyzes the impact of Working Capital Credit (KMK) financing by RegionalDevelopment Banks (BPD) on the SRI-Kehati Index, which reflects the sustainability performance ofindustrial sectors in Indonesia. Greenhouse gas emissions generated by industrial activities financedby KMK from BPD contribute to the climate change occurring in Indonesia. The study uses secondarydata, including documents, reports, and publications related to BPD financing in the industrial sector.The Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method is employed to examine the long-term and short-term relationships between KMK financing in five key sectors—agriculture, mining, manufacturing,energy, and construction—and sustainability performance as measured by the SRI-Kehati Index. Theresults indicate that KMK financing by BPD contributes positively to sustainable development in theindustrial sector. The dependent variable used is the SRI-Kehati Index, which measures the social andenvironmental performance of companies, while the independent variables include the agriculture,mining, manufacturing, energy, and construction sectors. KMK financing by BPD can enhancecorporate sustainability performance by prioritizing sustainable business practices and recognizingcompanies that meet certain sustainability standards. Additionally, this financing encourages theadoption of environmentally friendly technologies and responsible business practices. The Influence Day of The Week Effect, Week Four Effect, and Month of The Year Effect toward Stock Return In LQ-45 Index 2015 - 2019 Ikaputri, Anisa The purpose of this study was to examine the influence day of the week effect, week four effect, and month of the year effect toward stock return in LQ-45 index 2015 – 2019. The data used in this study are secondary data from www.yahoofinance.com. The samples of this study were the company that consistently incorporated in LQ-45 index during the research period in 2015 – 2019. This study used GARCH and t-test models. One of the GARCH models used in this study is IGARCH (Integrated Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity). The result of this study indicates the existence of day of the week effect. Specifically, a negative and significant effect on Monday (Monday effect) and positive and significant effect on Tuesday and Wednesday. The week four effect was also found in this study where there was a negative and significant return on Monday 4th week.  This study also indicates the month of the year effect were a positive & significant return in January, February, and December, a negative & significant return in September. HALAL CERTIFICATION ON PERANAKAN RESTAURANT: WILL IT CAPTIVATE THE MUSLIM CONSUMERS? Laela, Ida The proliferation of restaurants in the Capital City of Jakarta reflects the current trend of dining out among its citizens. Monthly spending on restaurants has increased over the last three years, even though experiencing a slow growth. Along with this trend, the demand of halal food become one of the considerations among the consumers. Several Peranakan Chinese restaurants which has been granted with halal certification. This indicates the restaurants’ strategy to attract the Muslim-majority consumers of Jakarta. However, research on the impact of halal certification on the Muslim consumers’ understanding and confidence of its benefits within the restaurant context remain scarce. This study introduce trust into the Theory of Consumption Value to capture the culinary motivation of the Muslim consumers. This study employed quantitative methodology, where 156 questionnaires were distributed on three most favorite Peranakan restaurant in Jakarta. The data collected was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.8. The result showed that all hypotheses are accepted except for the mediating role of trust within the relationship between Halal Certification and Patronage Intention. The finding highlights that Halal Certification credibility outweighed the managers’ credibility to maintain the halal status of the restaurant. Additionally, the Peranakan cuisine remain the one of the favorite delicacies in Indonesia, specifically among the Muslim consumers, and halal certificate simplify their decision-making in terms of consumption. TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP INFLUENCE ON SELF-EFFICACY OF LECTURERS OF HIGHER INSTITUTIONS IN KATSINA STATE NIGERIA Salisu, Abba Yangaiya Ali, Binta Ado Mamman, Umar Abstract- The study examines the influence of transformational leadership on self-efficacy of lecturers of higher institutions in Katsina state Nigeria. Data was collected from 403 lecturers in higher institutions in Katsina state.  Statistical Package for Social Science Research (SPSS) version 20.0 was used to analyze the data collected. Results depict that transformational leadership influences lecturer’s self-efficacy in higher institutions used in the study (R2 .53). The study brings to the fore the need for stake holders in  higher institutions to as much as possible practice transformational leadership in order to enhance self-efficacy among lecturers in their respective institutions. The study adds to few studies conducted on transformational leadership and self-efficacy in Nigeria in general and Katsina state in particular. THE INFLUENCE OF E-WOM AND DESTINATION IMAGE ON VISIT DECISION IN THE MUSEUM NASIONAL (MUSEUM GAJAH) Jakarta Najogi, Gorbi The study aims to examine the influence of e-wom and destination Image on visit decision in the Museum Nasional (Museum Gajah) Jakarta. The respondents of this research are public people in Jakarta. This research survey conducted on 135 respondents by using quantitative approach. SEM-PLS had been used for data analysis. The result of this research stated that the coefficient of determination is 0.404, which means the percentage contribution of independent variables (e-wom and destination image) to the dependent variable (visit decision) is 40.4%. The remaining 59.6% is influenced or explained by other variable not included in this research model. The result of this study showed that e-wom and destination image has been significantly influenced for visit decision in museum nasional (museum gajah). The Effect of Work Environment and Reward on Employee Engagement: Palmerah Urban Village, West Jakarta Rahmawati, Firda Urban Village is part of the government service office, especially the West Jakarta government. The main task of the government apparatus is to serve the people. The good and bad services provided by the apparatus will reflect the individual performance which will determine the good and bad performance of the organization as a whole. In this study the authors conducted research to determine what factors influence employee engagement in Palmerah Village. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the effect of work environment on employee engagement (2) to analyze the effect of reward on employee engagement. This type of research is quantitative. The sample of this research is 93 employees who work in the village of Palmerah. Through the path analysis of PLS version 3.0, it can be concluded that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement (2) rewards have a positive and insignificant effect on employee engagement. The implication of the results of this study is that it is necessary to maintain employee engagement in the Palmerah village will increase. The population in this research was consumers of The Body Shop in Pejaten Village Mall. The sample size was taken by 100 respondents, by accidental sampling method. SERVICE QUALITY ANALYSIS IN A FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICE IN JAKARTA USING SERVQUAL AND IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE METHOD Innisa, Deana Rohali Purwanto, Agustinus Hariadi Djoko Abstract – This study was motivated by sales’ volume decline of imported cargo and customers number of a shipping company in Jakarta (PT.BX) in the last two years. This contradicted with the Ministry of Trade data showing imports increases in that period. Countermeasures have been taken through priced reduction, nevertheless, complaints persist and the decline continues. This quantitative research applied statistical descriptive technique using ServQual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) tools. Questionnaire was prepared based on five ServQual dimensions (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) detailed to be 25 indicators from which 31 respondents (customers) provided their feedbacks. The reliability test shows that each dimension has a Cronbach alpha above 0.6, indicating that the instrument produces consistent and stable results, making the data reliable. The results of this research showed negative gaps in all ServQual dimensions, with the Reliability dimension having the highest gap (-1.54) and the lowest Empathy dimension (-0.58). The IPA provides results in which seven indicators were identified as priorities for improvement in quadrant I, including adequate parking, sufficient number of staff, simple service procedures, staff ability to provide explanations, staff ability to handle problems, responsiveness in processing complaints, and providing correct answers to customers. In summary, this research confirms operational problems required corrective actions on the prioritized attributes. The Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return in The Consumer Goods Industry Sector Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2017 Amelia, Yusi Asmara, Rina Y This study aims to analyze the effect of current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and return on equity ratio (ROE) on dividend payout ratio (DPR) in the consumer goods industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2017. The sample selection in this study using purposive sampling method and got 13 companies that match the criteria. From result of research got value of adjusted R-Square equal to 62.64%. It indicated that return on equity has a significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio with regression coefficient equal to -1.070932. However, the result of current ratio has insignificant negative effect on the dividend payout ratio with regression coefficient of -2.462612 and debt to equity ratio has insignificant positive effect on the dividend payout ratio with regression coefficient of 0.012540. This study uses a quantitative research design and will use hypothesis testing using PLS-SEM analysis tools as well as field studies. This study will use the entire population of the chemical industry in Banten province, which is as many as 60 companies and all of them will be sampled in this study. WHEN SUPPORT MATTERS: MODERATING EFFECTS OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE, JOB ENVIRONMENT, AND PERFORMANCE Lestari, Nurul Sukma Aphrodya, Cerry Nur Afini, Dinar Yulianti, Jessyca Assadiyah, Dinda Emily Triana, Ika This study investigates the effects of work-life balance and the workplace environment on job performance, with perceived organizational support (POS) serving as a moderating variable. The study addresses a research gap by focusing on staff members at locally branded five-star hotels in Jakarta and integrates these variables into a single model within a local organizational framework. A quantitative approach was employed using a standardized online questionnaire. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to examine the data, and bootstrapping was used for moderation analysis. The findings show that job environment and work-life balance significantly impact job performance. Furthermore, the association between work environment and job performance is strongly moderated by POS, but not between work-life balance and job performance. Kredivo considers millennial generation as the most potential segment. As many as 85 percent of Kredivo's credit service users are millennial. The biggest difficulty experienced by most millennials is that credit applications are rejected because the portfolios are not convincing banks. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Influence of trust, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Evidence support by collecting the data with questionnaire and take people who know Kredivo and have an intention to use it in West jakarta. as a population and the number population is unknown. The sample method that uses for this paper is purposive sampling technique and using Heir calculation to determine the number of samples and the result need 120 samples or respondent or more in order to obtain more representative data. Critical Factors Affect to Project Management Hidayat, Rachmad Zusi, H This research is designed to analyze critical success factors which consisted of support of top management, the contribution of project management, implementation of education and training, user involvement in the success of ERP system implementation at PT. EDS Manufacturing Indonesia. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis using questionnaire distribution. The population was the company employees, with 59 respondents being used as samples. The sampling method is purposive sampling, which was taken from various strata in the company that is actively involved in the implementation and use of the ERP system. The hypothesis testing was carried out using a validity test, reliability test, t-test, and F-test as well as quantitative descriptive analysis. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire instrument containing a list of statements to measure respondents according to research variables. The results indicate that partially, the contribution of project management has a significant effect on the success of ERP systems implementation. While the support of top management, implementation of education and training and user involvement does not have a significant effect on the success of ERP system implementation. All critical factors success can explain their relationship to the success of ERP system implementation by 31.0%. Bara Bentala Indonesia using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this study was all employees working at PT. Bara Bentala Indonesia. Determination of sample size using saturated samples, namely taking the entire population. The data collection method uses a survey method with a questionnaire as the research instrument. Respondents in this study were Production Managers, Operation Managers, Kitchen Admins, District Managers and also Store Managers or Persons in Charge at 35 Krispy Kreme Indonesia stores. The results of this study found that the weakness of the production machine and the lack of a distribution fleet were the main influences on the lack of and late delivery of donuts to each store during a major promotion. E-Commerce of Online Store Application at Kstore Kalbis Insitute Purwandari, Nuraini Kalbis Institute Cooperative is an association established at Kalbis Institute, one of the private universities in East Jakarta. One of the business activities in this Cooperative is buying and selling merchandise contained in a store called Kstore. Currently, the Kstore sales system is still conventional waiting for customers to come to the store so it is less effective because the customer must come directly to the store to find and choose the desired goods. E-commerce is a process of selling and purchasing products or services that are done electronically through a computer network or internet. E-commerce can be used in managing Kstore to improve and simplify business process activities. This study aims to build Kstore merchandise buying application online. System development method used is Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). Determinants of Profitability of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on Stock Exchange: The Case of Indonesia Pratiwi, Yeni Kurniasih, Augustina This study aimed to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, activity, leverage, and company growth on profitability. The objects of this research were property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method. The research population comprised of 48 companies, in which 31 companies met the sample criteria. The analytical method used in this study was panel data regression. The results showed that the best panel model was the fixed effect model. It was found that liquidity, activity, leverage, and company growth simultaneously significantly influenced profitability. Partially, the company’s activities and growth had a positive and significant effect on profitability, leverage had a negative and significant effect on profitability, while liquidity had no significant effect on profitability. Activity was the variable which had the biggest effect on profitability. WILL DOMESTIC TOURISTS ADHERE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL DURING POST COVID 19 PANDEMICS? EVIDENCE FROM INDONESIA. Manurung, Paromauli Wibowo, Mas Wahyu The purpose of this paper is to investigate the Indonesian domestic tourists’ protection behavior intention when travelling during the post-pandemic phase. This study employs the protective motivation theory (PMT) that involves the variables of perceived severity, perceived vulnerability, response efficacy, and self-efficacy to predict the protective behavior intention. Data were collected through 210 distributed questionnaires toward Indonesian domestic travelers. The collected data was analyzed by using SmartPLS. The Indonesian domestic travelers are mostly willing to comply with the health and safety procedure as imposed by the government when travelling during the post-pandemic phase. However, the respondents do not perceive themselves as vulnerable to the spread of covid 19 virus during traveling. The compliance toward the implementation of health and safety protocols and self confidence among Indonesian domestic tourists are high during traveling. Nevertheless, they do not consider themselves to be vulnerable with the covid 19. The results revealed that people are well-accustomed with the new normal to protect themselves from the exposure of covid 19 during traveling. The Influence of Financial Behavior on the Decision to Use Sharia Crowdfunding as Access to Capital for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Dwiyanti, Delya This study aims to determine the effect of awareness, trust and risk perception on the decision to use sharia crowdfunding. The subject of this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in West Jakarta. This research is a quantitative type that uses primary data. The sample used in this study were 130 MSME respondents. The sampling method was carried out by the purposive sampling method. This study uses logistic regression data analysis techniques to analyze the decisions of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using sharia crowdfunding using IBM Statistic SPSS 25 software. THE INFLUENCE OF USER INTERFACE, USER EXPERIANCE AND DIGITAL MARKETING TOWARD PURCHASE INTENTION (STUDY IN SEJASA.COM) Watulingas, Eldad Baltaszar This study aims to analyze the Effect of User Interface, User Experience and Digital Marketing on Purchase Intention (Study at Sejasa.com). The population in this study was 877 users in Senopati, so the percentage of benefits used was 10% and the results of calculations could have been rounded up to 100 users to achieve the suitability of the study. The sampling method uses Convenience Sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Measurement of variables is done by Likert Scale. The instrument validity testing is done by correlating the scores on each item with the total score of the respondents' answers. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of PLS (Partial Least Square). UNDERSTANDING INTENTION OF GENERATION Z TO REDUCE FOOD WASTE IN INDONESIA: A STUDY INTEGRATING THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR AND INDIGENOUS CULTURAL VALUES Alfianto, Yogi Fahreza Wibowo, Mas Wahyu Food waste has become an urgent global concern, with Indonesia facing notable economic, environmental, and social consequences. The present study examined the determinants of Generation Z’s intention to curb food waste in Indonesia using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), which emphasizes attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. In addition, the research integrated indigenous cultural values, particularly religious and traditional values. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data were obtained from 200 respondents through purposive non-probability sampling. The analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results revealed that attitudes, perceived behavioral control, religious values, and traditional values significantly and positively influenced food waste reduction intention. Conversely, subjective norms were found to have no significant effect. These findings highlight that personal beliefs, self-regulation, and cultural values are more influential than social pressure in driving food waste reduction behaviors among Indonesian Generation Z. Revisit Intention to Destination Image, eWOM, and Destination Personality: Kuta Beach Bali, Indonesia Lestari, Winda Tourism in Bali is magnificent in the eyes of the international world. This beautiful island could attract millions of tourists both foreign and domestic. However, Bali recently has caught both national and international attention due to the huge amount of accumulation of marine litters that were frequently accumulated in the touristic area of the island especially in Kuta Beach Bali. Therefore, in this study, the author did research in regards to know what factors affect tourist’s intention to spend their time in Bali. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the influence of destination image towards tourists’ intention to revisit the destination (2) to analyze the influence of eWOM towards tourists’ intention to revisit the destination (3) to analyze the influence of destination personality towards tourists’ intention to revisit the destination. This type of research is quantitative ex post facto. The research sample was 129 tourists who had visited Kuta Beach Bali, Indonesia. Through the path analysis from PLS for version 3.0, it can be concluded that (1) the destination image has a positive and significant positive effect on revisit intention (2) eWOM has a positive and insignificant effect on revisit intention (3) the destination personality has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. The implication of the results of the research are that efforts must be made to establish the destination reputation through overseeing the waste in tourist sites that could affect the destination itself. Factors Affecting Success of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System Implementation Erwanto, Elyus Dwi Zusi, Hasmand This study aimed to determine the factors that influence the successful (critical successfactors) of ERP implementation in the company's client PT. Artsys Integrasi Solusindo. The data used are primary data using questionnaires from respondents. This research was conducted on 13 companies that have implemented ERP, with 80 respondents being used as samples. The sampling method in this study uses non-probability sampling with a quota sampling technique based on criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is regression analysis. The research hypothesis testing was completed using t-test, F-test and descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that Change Management, Project Management, Top Management Sponsorship, Realistic Scope Setting, and Adequate Budget are factors that influence the success of ERP implementation. While the factor of Education in an ERP project does not have a significant effect. But simultaneously, the six factors can explain the relation to the success of ERP implementation with the R-square value of 67.6%. With this research, it is expected that ERP consultants and implementers and the companies that are currently and will implement ERP to pay attention and prepare well the factors that determine the success of ERP implementation. The population used is all manufacturing companies registered on the IDX in 2018-2022. This study examines factors from several theories such as Technology Acceptance Model and Theory Planned Behavior. The population of this research is young adults with an age range of 19-39 years, whether they have experienced or currently experiencing or have never experienced the COVID-19 symptoms, who are non-user yet know about Halodoc application. The sample used in this study was collected in around Jakarta with the total of 213 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability and purposive sampling by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEMPLS. The Impact of Product Quality, Brand Image and Service Quality toward Customer Loyalty Fitrajaya, Prawira Hadi Nurmahdi, Adi This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, brand image and service quality toward customer loyalty at Starbucks. The research data was taken from a survey conducted on customers of Starbucks with the criteria have been purchased a minimum of 12 times a month. The research method used is linear regression with 3 independent variables processed using the SPSS Statistics program. The results of the research stated that the coefficient of determination is 0.494, which means the percentage contribution of independent variables (product quality, brand image, service quality) to the dependent variable (service loyalty) is 49.4%. The remaining 50.6% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. The results showed that partially, the Product Quality variable had a significantly positive effect on customer loyalty while the Brand Image and Service Quality variables had no effect on Customer Loyalty. However, simultaneously there is a significant effect of Product Quality, Brand Image and Service Quality on Starbucks Customer Loyalty. It has contributed 60% of Indonesian GDP. In addition, MSME is able to survive during economy crisis occurred from 1998 to 2000s in Indonesia. The vacant employment and high export level are becoming great potential for MSME in Indonesia. However, the high level of MSME contribution still not yet distributed evenly, especially for the craft industry. It is shown by the lack of existing export level on Craft Industry of MSME. In addition, MSME frequently encountered problem which is bankrupting business due to lack of knowledge in developing business using appropriate strategy. This research is performed to discover influence of Omni Channel towards MSME Performance. Result of processed data shown that Omni Channel is an appropriate method to improve MSME’s Performance through CRM. Omni Channel approach is customer-centered aimed to improve satisfaction and loyalty of consumer. The Impact Of Compensation And Leadership On The Organizational Commitment And The Implication On Employee's Turnover Intention Of Pt Provices Indonesia Central Office Nurfadilah, Nadia The purpose of this study is to understand and describe the impact of compensation and leadership on the organizational commitment and its implications on turnover intention of the main office employees at the PT Provices Indonesia. There are 52 respondents (the whole employees). Data collection was conducted by interview and questionnaire. Path analysis (by using smartPLS3.0) and matric correlation analysis (by using SPSS24) among the variable dimensions were applied.The study revealed that: (1) compensation and transformational leadership have no significant impact on the organizational commitment, but has a significant impact on the Turnover Intention; (2) organizational commitment has no significant impact on the turnover intention; (3) It is not proved that organizational commitment is the mediator variable of the impact of compensation and transformational  leadership on turnover. Based on the analysis of matric correlation among dimensions, to decrease turnover Intention, it is suggested to maintain and improve the following dimensions, such as; (1) indirect compensation versus  planning to seek in other job; (2)  transformational  leadership planning  to seek other job. Besides, to decrease turnover Intention: (1), the management suggests to redesign compensation, (2) doing leadership training, coaching and counseling. The Effect of Good Corporate Governance on the Sustainability of Electric Company in Indonesia ST MT, RIO AFRIANDA This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the Sustainability of Electricity Companies in Indonesia. The research is based on the GCG Assessment Score from the company's annual report for the last three years. It was found that the aspect of commitment to the implementation of sustainable governance was increasing every year; the aspect of shareholder assessment and GMS decreases; Board of commissioners/board of supervisors increased; The assessment aspect of the Board of Directors decreases every year, and the value of other aspects increases every year. KAI Commuter stationed at the University of Indonesia, and the sample was a saturated group of the same 50 contract staff. ASPECTS OF FINANCIAL RATIO TOWARD STOCK RETURN ON TOURISM, HOTEL AND RESTAURANT SECTOR LISTED AT INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE Muliasari, Marlyana Setiyani Kusumah, Lien Herliani This research aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Book Value (PBV) of the Stock Return on sub sector of tourism, hotels and restaurant listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2012-2016. Research use secondary data and purposive sampling method. Data processing was performed using EVIEWS version 9 with fixed effect methode obtained based on Chow test and Hausman test. The results based on t-test showed that variable CR has negative insignificant effect on Stock Return, PER has negative significant effect on Stock Return, NPM has positive insignificant effect on Stock Return and PBV has positive significant effect on Stock Return. Effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Sales Growth on Capital Structure (in Manufacturing Companies) Marlina, Marlina Pinem, Dahlia Hidayat, Nur Fatkhul Abstract - This research was conducted to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability and sales growth on capital structure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. Selection of samples from 165 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 resulted in 33 companies being accepted. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and hypothesis testing in this research used Panel Data Regression Analysis with the E-Views 9.0 program and a significance level of 5%. The results of the test were obtained (1) the liquidity stated by CR has no significant effect on the capital structure. The Effect of Training And Competence on Teacher Performance at MTS N 32 Jakarta During Distance Learning Rafi, Fauzan Abdu Fadlillah, Alnisa Min Sumilir, Sumilir Abstract – This research was carried out to fulfill the curiosity about how the influence of training and competence in influencing teacher performance, especially during PJJ (Distance Learning) which took place at Gunung N 32, Jakarta. Using quantitative research methods in its implementation, as well as the population and samples were taken using a saturated sample purposive sampling technique involving 33 teachers as respondents, then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study partially show the effect of the training variable having the original sample value of 0.368 so that it is declared to have a positive and significant effect and the competence that has the original sample value of 0.546 which can also be declared positive and significant on the teacher's performance during PJJ with a coefficient of determination of 0.605 or 60, 5% and 39.5% are influenced by other variables. The Effect of Leadership and Ethics on Motivation in the Military Sukmadi, Bambang Heru This research aims to explore and find out the effect of leadership and ethics on the motivation of the soldiers of the Indonesian military. The research is conducted on the soldiers in the rank of non-commissioned and enlisted (Sergeant, Corporal and Private) at one of the Indonesian military units in Jakarta. The data is obtained with the survey method on the sample that comprises of 83 respondents. A simple random sampling technique is used to take the sample among the soldiers in the unit. The data is analyzed with the Path Analysis technique utilizing SPSS 22 software. The questionnaires as the instrument of research are validated with Product Moment correlation while the reliability of instruments is measured with Alpha Cronbach. The test of validity and reliability is applied to 30 respondents. The findings of the research are (1) leadership has a positively direct effect on motivation; (2) military ethics has a positively direct effect on motivation; (3) leadership and military ethics have a simultaneously positive effect on motivation. Based on the findings, the motivation of soldiers can be enhanced by strengthening leadership and military ethics. The motivation is more enhanced by ethics than leadership. The enhancement of motivation is prioritized on the weakest aspect of motivation namely the desire to affiliate. The purpose of this study is to determine which equipment components are the cause of potential UPS equipment damage and provide advice on appropriate maintenance actions for the selected system using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The study population was 7 units of UPS Benning with a capacity of 80 kVA located in different places at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. WORK-LIFE BALANCE ON THE FEMALE NURSES AT THE INPATIENT INSTALLATION OF NON-SURGICAL INTERNAL MEDICINE Rahmi, Fitria Luthfia, Siti Afifi Sembiring, Lala Septiyani The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of the work-life balance among the female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine at the Central General Hospital of DR. M. Djamil Padang. The types of sampling techniques were using the saturated sampling, as many as 74 female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine. The data were obtained through a measuring instrument, namely the Work-Life Balance Scale (WLBS) from Fisher, Bulger, and Smith (2009) which has been modified by Novelia (2013). The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis of the research, it was found that the majority of female nurses at the Inpatient Installation of Non-Surgical Internal Medicine at the Central General Hospital of DR. M. Djamil Padang has a high level of the work-life balance. YOUNG WOMEN TRAVELERS’ INTENTION TO VISIT HALAL DESTINATION Khaerudin, Imelda Rahmawati The purpose of this paper is to introduce the variable of Travel Motivation (TRMT), Travel Constraints (TCON), and Destination Image (DI) with Push-Pull Motivation theory to investigate Indonesian young female Muslim travelers’ intention to visit Lombok as a halal destination. Data were collected through 187 distributed questionnaires toward Indonesian young female Muslim travelers. The collected data was analyzed by using SmartPLS. Indonesian young female Muslim travelers are highly motivated for travel-related activities, specifically to obtain a level of independence and empowerment. This study only focusing on Lombok as a halal destination. Young female Muslim travelers appear as a lucrative segment; thus, Lombok should provide marketing promotion that target this segment. Further, halal destination also provides the young women Muslim travelers to express their religious beliefs, in ways that are relevant to Muslim women. The study involves two types of variables: the dependent variable (Employee Discipline) and the independent variables (Female Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation). The research population consists of all 73 employees at the Finance and Asset Bureau, with the entire population serving as the sample (saturated sampling). Data were collected using quantitative methods, including questionnaires and literature reviews. The data were analyzed descriptively and through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0, incorporating validity and reliability tests. Comparison of Imbalanced Data Methods on Logistics Regression (Case Study: Poverty in Indonesia In 2018) Sihombing, Pardomuan Robinson Poverty is still one of the main problems in economic development and inequality, unemployment, and economic growth. This study aims to model poverty directly by using a discrete choice model using binomial regression. The data used is imbalanced data, where one of the value categories is relatively small. In this study, the logistic regression method applies several resample techniques. They include undersampling, oversampling, a combination of both, and Cost-Sensitive Learning (CSL). The results obtained that both sampling techniques provide optimal results when viewed from the indicators of accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, and AUC. In addition, the results show that in households in rural areas, the head of the household is female, unmarried, has low education, married at an early/old age, and has a large household size, has a greater chance of being poor than other categories. Productivity Measurement of Shoes Production Using Objective Matrix and The Improvement Effort (Case Study at PT XYZ) Ratna Dewi, Prihatini Nusraningrum, Dewi PT XYZ is the shoes manufacturer in Tangerang that produces Mizuno and Specs brand. Many competitors in the shoes industry enforce the company to improve all aspects; one of them is to improve the problem of low productivity achievement in Mizuno production line. This study aims to know the productivity measurement method by using Objective matrix, and to do analysis of productivity criteria that dominantly contribute to the low productivity in Mizuno production line. This research method was using Objective Matrix (OMAX), Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram, and 5W1H. Base on the result, it was identified that the highest productivity performance indicator was happened in August 2018 and the lowest productivity performance indicator was happened in March 2018. While for productivity index, the lowest productivity index was happened in March 2018 and the highest productivity index was happened in April 2018. Criteria that dominantly contributed to the decreased productivity in Mizuno production line was on criteria 1 (utilization of material usage), criteria 6 (number of loss output / down time), and criteria 2 (labor utilization), therefore the focus for improvement in this research was to prioritize these criteria to gain increased productivity in Mizuno production line. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, with one representative from each of the five working parts (Tipper, Mixing, Sterilizer, Filling, and Packing), so that the total sample was five people. The data collection method was carried out through direct observation using the Stopwatch Time Study to measure working time, semi-structured interviews with operators and management to understand work activities and challenges faced, as well as analysis of historical data related to productivity and previous work records. The data obtained was analyzed using the Workload Analysis method, which included the calculation of standard time, allowance percentage, and data uniformity and adequacy tests to ensure the validity of the results. The results showed that there was a workload imbalance in some sections, with some stations experiencing overload (>100%), while others had lower loads (<70%). This imbalance has the potential to affect productivity and labor welfare. Based on the results of the Workload Analysis, this study recommends redistribution of labor to achieve a more optimal balance, which is expected to improve operational efficiency and overall labor welfare.Keywords : Workload Analysis, Workload, Optimal Workforce, UHT Operators, Employee Welfare. Elaboration of Batik Pattern Design Application in Indonesia Dinata, Rizky Fan, Zhang Batik is cultural expression that contains symbolic meaning of philosophy and high aesthetic value for Indonesian people. The unique method makes Batik represent Indonesian unique character. As it application expanding, unfortunately modernization has brought incorrect interpretation about history existence of Batik design and application, it leads to a major problem in philosophy meaning and design innovation of modern Batik. Most of previous researcher only focus on the technique to preserve the method in producing Batik. Focusing in Batik motif and pattern design is required. By formulating a good structural connection from the philosophy of an object and its symbolic meaning, this paper will discuss Batik motif and pattern design which suitable for modern design application. This paper offering a comparative study of three category of development which applied philosophy, contemporary style and basic design principle approach to design a modern batik pattern. New improvement on designing a new modern Batik motif design are essential to applied on innovative product which contain a good philosophy in order to create a strong and consistent message to the target market. The results showed that the ease of use variable had a positive effect on purchase decision, and the usefulness variable had a positive effect on purchase decision. But in reality the PNRI Public Corporation is still not optimal in conducting the best employee selection, this is due to the unavailability of media that can process employee appraisals and provide recommendations in the selection of the best employees. This study aims to determine the best employee assessment and selection procedures at PNRI Public Corporation and to produce the best employee decision support system based on the needs of the PNRI Public Corporation. In determining the best employees in Perum PNRI, the system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria that have been used in the PNRI Public Office are attendance, work motivation, communication and collaboration, understanding and mastery of work, self-development, achievement of national work targets, rewards and sanctions. This system was developed with the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This information system can be used to process employee data from the incoming employee process, the employee appraisal process, the best employee selection process, to the process of creating employee value reports. Descriptive analysis method with quantitative approach is used in this study. Construction of optimal portfolio using historical daily data from the first semester of the study and evaluation of optimal portfolio performance using historical daily data form the second semester of the study. This study assumed that investment applied as the optimal portfolio constructed by both models. Therefore, performance evaluation both portfolios conducted on second semester of the study using Sharpe ratio, Treynor ratio, and Jensen’s Alpha. This study shows that there are no significance differences of optimal portfolio performance using Markowitz Model and Single Index Model. THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE, PRICE, AND STORE ATMOSPHERE ON REPURCHASE INTENTION OF CAN NGOPI GADING SERPONG CONSUMERS Kenneth, Kristopher Hapsari, Ajeng Andriani This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of brand image, price, and store atmosphere on consumers' repurchase intention at Can Ngopi Gading Serpong. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The sample consisted of 116 consumers who have previously visited Can Ngopi, and the data was collected through a questionnaire survey via Google Forms. The data analysis technique employed was Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the variables Brand Image (X1) and Price (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention (Y). However, the variable Store Atmosphere (X3) has no significant effect on Repurchase Intention (Y). The Influences OF Intrinsic Motivation, Training, and Work Engagement on Employee Performance in DKI Jakarta Raphani, Adeline Anugrah The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Training, and Work Engagement toward Employee Performance for employees in DKI Jakarta. 107 respondents were collected as the research sample using Slovin’s formula with 10% error tolerance and purposive sampling method. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling approach. The research findings indicate that Intrinsic Motivation has positive and significant relationship toward Employee Performance. Application of Six Sigma (Dmaic) Method to Reduce Defect Amount in Assembly Process A Case Study PT. XYZ Warinah, Warinah Nusraningrum, Dewi PT. XYZ is a company engaged in industry and manufacturing in the manufacture of sports shoe products. The company has a very high defect in the assembly process seen in the defective rate report from January 2017 to August 2018. The purpose of this study is to reduce the number of defects in the assembly process using the Six Sigma (DMAIC) method. The results showed that there were 5 dominant types of defects related to Critical To Quality (CTQ), namely Undercement, Dirty shoes, Unpairing-heel height, Broken stitching and Quarter wrinkles. Furthermore, an analysis of the causes of defects is carried out by using cause and effect diagrams and an improvement effort using 5W + H analysis. The results of efforts to decrease the number of defects in the assembly process using the DMAIC method show that the DPMO value for these five CTQ defects decreased to 2056 PPM from 3898 PPM or decreased by 47.3%. Both of these are indeed the main 'task' in interior design. Each building is design and built to fulfill certain functions. Hotels, apartments, and houses for example, serves as a means of accommodation. Restaurant serves as a commercial building that meets the needs of food. A public building should be accessible and used by a variety of different needs. These buildings must be accessible to those who can see or not (blinds), walkers and wheelchair users, and those who are able to listen or not (deaf/hard of hearing). This paper is study of application of universal design that is accessible of campus buildings that function as container of Tri Dharma of Higher Education activity. The case studies taken in this research are Universitas Mercu Buana in West Jakarta and University of Daegu in South Korea. The study was conducted by studying the universal design of the two universities by considering two parameters, namely universal design and usability, by conducting literature studies and user interviews. From the results of the study it is found that universities in Daegu have made universal design and usability factors an important part of design, while Universitas Mercu Buana in West Jakarta hasn’t yet fully made these two factors as part of the design, with many facilities not being able to accessed and used universally well. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship of halal certification and online reviews that can affect chatime young Muslim consumers to repurchase the product. The paper uses causal research that aims to know about The Relationship of Halal Certification, Online Review toward Re-purchase Intention, and Religion Belief as Intervening Variable. Evidence supports by collecting the data with a questionnaire and take Indonesian consumers (Chatime consumer) as a population and the number population is unknown. The sampling method that uses for this paper is the purposive sampling technique and using Lemeshow calculation to determine the number of samples and the result need 100 samples or respondents in order to obtain more representative data. This study seeks to reveal that overall, comparative social feedback may have a careful measure. That social behavior or human social behavior is controlled by some unconscious motives. Data collection for journal materials is carried out by studying literature, and preferably related to social influences, especially in pro-environmental behavior for ecotourism visits. Many developing countries are committed to ecotourism to receive economic growth through the use of natural resources. Positive social influence on purchase intention and multiple social identities are needed to understand how identity can lead to pro-environmental behavior and consumer judgments with pro-environmental variables, particularly in ecotourism places, mangrove forests can be suggested to explore processes of social influence and preference formation. , can form a person who lives socially. The Effect of Waiting Time and Employee Services on The Patient Decision to Choose A Hospital and Its Impact on Patient Satisfaction Fadil, Emilda Faisal To overcome the competition in the hospital business, Annisa Hospital conducts research aimed at knowing the influence of waiting time and employee services to the patient's decision to choose a hospital and its impact on patient satisfaction. With the validity and reality test, the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) is processed using Smart PLS (partial least square) version 3.0 software. The waiting time relationship and the decision to choose the hospital have a value of 0053, a T-statistic of 0374, and a P-Value of 0708, (H1) was rejected. Relationship waiting time and patient satisfaction with 0.021 value, T-Statistic of 0357, and P-Value of 0721, (H2) declined. Employee service relations and decision to choose a hospital with a value of 0612, T-Statistic of 8,850, and P-Value amounting to 0.000, (H3) is accepted. Employee service relationship and patient satisfaction with a value of 0354, T-Statistic of 4,294, and P-Value of 0.000, (H4) are accepted. The decision relationship chooses hospitals and patient satisfaction with a value of 0611, T-Statistic of 7,837, and P-Value of 0.000, (H5) are accepted. To intervening variables for the decision of choosing the hospital cannot irradiate the waiting time relationship with patient satisfaction, (H6) rejected. The decision to choose the hospital to fully complete the employee's service relationship with patient satisfaction, (H7) received. THE EFFECT OF REBRANDING AND BRAND SIGNATURE ON MAKO BRAND PERFORMANCE IN TANGERANG, MEDIATED BY BRAND REPUTATION Lin, Felishia Janice Widjaja, William This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of rebranding, brand signature, and brand reputation on the performance of the Mako Cake and Bakery brand. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique through a Google Forms questionnaire survey. The sample in this study was 357 Mako Cake and Bakery customers in the Tangerang area. The analysis technique used was Partial Least Square analysis using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the Rebranding (X1) and Brand Reputation (M) variables have a significant positive effect on Brand Performance (Y). Conversely, Brand Signature (X2) does not have a significant effect on Brand Performance (Y). There is a significant positive indirect effect on Rebranding (X1) on Brand Performance (Y) through the mediation of Brand Reputation (M). Analyze The Influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Return on Asset on Stock Return at Coal Mining Company Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2016 Sinaga, Isma Khairani Astini, Rina This research conducted to analyze and to know the influence of Current Asset (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share(EPS) and Return On Asset (ROA) on Stock Return at coal mining company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. The population used in this research is all coal mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016. The sample of this research are 17 coal mining companies that appropriate the criteria. The analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression with using Eviews 9. Based on Chow test and Hausman test Panel Data Regression Model selected Is Fixed Effect Model. Based on t-test the result showed that Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Stock Return, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on Stock Return, Earning Per Share(EPS) has no significant effect on Stock Return, and Return On Assets (ROA) has no significant effect on Stock Return. The Influences of Career Development, Job Satisfaction, And Organizational Commitment on Employee Turnover Intention (Case Study on The Assistant Level Employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Regional Office X) Zagoto, Kartika Hinayasati This study aims to examine and analyze the influences of career development, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention on the assistant level employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Regional Office X. This study is quantitative research with a total sample of 86 employees and processed by using SPSS for Windows version 22.0. The probability sampling technique is proportionate random sampling, while the data analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that: career development has a significant influence on turnover intention, job satisfaction does not have a significant influence on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a significant influence on turnover intention, and the F test shows that career development, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant influence on employee turnover intention at the assistant level employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Leadership style, work-life balance, and organizational climate are needed to support employees to increase productivity and complete work in accordance with company procedures. With the implementation of an effective leadership style, a maintained work-life balance, and a conducive organizational climate, the quality of human resources will further improve and have a positive impact on employee performance. Basically, quality human resources will help PT. Mitra Sarana Purnama in achieving its strategic goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work-life balance, and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Mitra Sarana Purnama. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population and sample of 95 permanent employees, because using a saturated sample technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the SmartPLS analysis tool version 4.0. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Similarly, the organizational climate exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The Influence of Intellectual Capital and Audit Committee on Financial Performance of Banking Companies on IDX Qintharah, Yuha Nadhirah Bagaskara, David Nando The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Intellectual Capital and the Audit Committee on the Company's performance in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and how much influence the Intellectual Capital and the Audit Committee both partially and simultaneously have on the Company's performance in banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Respondents in this study were banking sector companies listed on the IDX which published financial statements in a row for 3 years from 2017-2019 with a sample of 39 companies and the data collection method used Purposive Sampling, namely taking the necessary samples using the criteria specified. has been determined by the researcher. The results obtained from this study are Intellectual Capital and the Audit Committee have no effect on the Company's performance simultaneously or simultaneously and the results also show that individually the Intellectual Capital variable has no effect on the Company's Performance and the Audit Committee variable produces the same thing that there is no influence to the Company's Performance.
