Diana Putri Arini

Abstract

During the Covid 19 pandemic in 2019, workers were forced to work at home to reduce the risk of spreading the Covid 19 virus. The new normal period made people able to carry out activities as usual and work outside the home. Working from home seems to be  a trend in today's society because it is considered more cost-efficient and productive. This study aims to reveal the work balance life of workers who work at home after the pandemic. The research collection method is using a google scholar search with the keywords "work balance life in work from home" and "work balance life in remote working" for the last 3 years, beginning from 2019-2022.  Based on search results found 22 studies of work balance life on workers at home. The results of the study looked at the impact of working at home on work balance life, work productivity, and previous research trends.
