	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The development of the world of commerce has changed from conventional to digital, this is the underlying emerging e-commerce industry in the present era which became a bridge for consumers and sellers meet and exchange goods and money. The development of ecommerce is very fast both for local and from outside because triggered by the growth of sales through this media so that competition is very tight. Therefore it is necessary to note what causes consumers to choose shopping in one e-commerce and what are the reasons and what products are sought after. From the results of our research we found that it was associated with the theory of planned behavior (TPB) then it is in that the attitude of perception greatly affect decision-making such as sense of security, reliable and accessible that makes customers decide to choose in one of e-commerce and e -commerce the most popular is Lazada with products that buy Fashion, gadgets and cosmetics. From the above we ex10pect e-commerce continues to pay attention to customer expectations of this research so that the e-commerce is selected as a place of shopping by consumers</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Currently, manufacturing industry in Indonesia hold the 40th position in the world. This condition  is very unsatisfying. To improve performance of Indonesia's manufacturing industry specially the chemical industry, it needs to improve the performance by manage the standardized system. One way to ensure standardization of procedures is to make sure that all procedures done according to international industry requirements i.e. quality management system ISO 9001: 2015. The role of the ISO system is very important for companies to be able to increase credibility in the eyes of customers and stakeholders. Not only that, with the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015, companies can increase employee productivity so that company performance can be achieved efficiently and effectively.  Optimal performance is expected to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. The process of implementing the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015 very well depends on carefully planned and measured human capital management. without systematic and structured planning of the human resources management,  it will be very difficult for companies to obtain higher quality human resources which will results in potential obstacles in implementing the implementation of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2015. For this reason, it is obligatory for company to implement a business process approach in human capital management so as a quality-oriented organizational culture be achieved.  in the end, this process can create organizational commitment in accordance with the basic principles of quality management system ISO 9001: 2015.</dc:description>

According to the researcher's view, the gap and miscommunication occurred are generally caused by differences in point of view, motivation and work ethic. Based on this phenomenon, in this research we will study the motivation of work of each generation in Private Bank Branch Office XYZ located in the trading area Tanah Abang. Literature review from various scientific papers will be used to explain this topic. The results of this study are expected to provide input for determining the management of human resource policies related to generation gap</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Hukumonline.com is a legal information provider company in Indonesia that is committed to providing up-to-date legal information for all levels of society. The phenomenon of the problems in this study, from the products owned by Hukumonline.com, there are some products that are less satisfactory for customers. Broadly speaking, there are two things that cause this. First, because the products offered are still incomplete and not in accordance with customer needs. The second is due to the emergence of competitors who market similar products based on online bases. This research was conducted at PT Justika Siar Publika (Hukumonline.com), using 85 samples. The research method uses the concept of Quality Function Development using the Customer Voice (VoC) approach to Quality Houses (HoQ). From the results of the analysis, there are 8 important points that need to be corrected, namely: (1) The search process is facilitated, (2) the regional regulations are equipped, (3) the previous rules are completed, (4) Translate OLD multiplied, (5) The historical features of the regulations are complemented, (6) ILB is sent in accordance with the customer's company background, (7) Retail subscription packages are provided, and (8) Discount prices are provided. So far, there are only 5 points for which the data is improved, namely in points 1 through 5. While 3 points at 6 to 8, it cannot be fixed due to inadequate treatment.</dc:description>

In order for the potential of SOE hospitals to grow and become a business corporation that is able to compete in national and international level, it is necessary to synergize through the establishment of state-owned holding company. PT. Pertamina Bina Medika was appointed by the Ministry of SOEs to be SOE Hospital Holding Company under the name Indonesia Healtcare Corporation.</dc:description>

This study will test audit delay using firm size factors, industry type, audit committee, and KAP size. This research is a quantitative research with associative causal approach. The population in this research is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2014-2016. The number of samples in this study as many as 24 companies with 3 times the publication of financial statements (2014-2016) so that obtained samples in this study as 72 corporate data. This researchuses multiple linear regression analysis method with IBM SPSS Version 22 statistical tool. The results of this research show that partially only the type of industry that has a positive and significant impact on audit delay . While firm size variable, audit committee, and KAP size have negative effect not significant to audit delay . Simultaneously firm size, industry type, audit committee, and KAP size have an effect on audit delay.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The Company's Financial Performance is a form of corporate transparency and accountability to public and affects investor confidence. In accordance with OJK rules require that the company, especially the banking in its management must apply the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency, and fairness, so that will build the company's fundamentals. This study aims to prove empirically the influence of GCG (number of directors, number of independent commissioners and the number of audit committee meetings) and Intellectual capital on the performance of banking companies. The sample of this study used purposive sampling and number of banks as much as 32 Conventional Banks in Indonesia with the study period of 2015 -2017. This study used panel data regression analysis with Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results of this study showed that GCG variable (independent commissioner influential, directors variable and number of meetings did not have significant effect) and IC have significant effect on company performance. </dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In every major business deal in the service field, there are consequences to be agreed on, ie measurement of services activity performance and measured as a commitment to continuous improvement. In the logistics industry this is partly due to the demands and desires of the customer on the value of logistics services are changing and getting higher. In addition to expectations of business value it also demands the productivity, utility and quality of aspects in the series of logistics processes undertaken. The performance measurement structure has different scopes and contains individual metrics, metric sets, and overall performance measurement systems. In a previous study of Performance of Activity (POA) activity performance was measured in various dimensions: cost, time, capacity, capability, productivity, utilization and outcome. This paper aims to provide an overview of the process of logistics service identification that is required to provide solutions by customer user services in maintaining competitiveness through the concept of productive efficiency both in process, cost and execution. This design uses an example on a process basis in the logistics service industry and is expected to be the basis of performance measurement in other industries. Description of the unit of measurement can be used as a Key Performance Indicator that has a basic measurement analysis.</dc:description>

There are three independent variables and one dependent variable, namely leadership style, compensation and organizational commitment as the independent variables and turnover intention as dependent variable. The object of this research is employer who works at PT NP international located in Jakarta. This research was done to 35 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and saturated sample technique. Thus, data analysis is conducted by using multiple linier regression and is processing by using SPSS program version 23. The results of this research shows that leadership style and organizational commitment have a negative and significance influence towards turnover intention, and compensation has a positive and significance influence towards turnover intention</dc:description>

Population in this research is 297 people or all worker, whereas the sample is a number of 260 workers suitable with SEM requirement. The tool of data collection uses questioner instrument whereas the tool of data analyzing uses statistics, i.e. structural equation modeling (SEM). Based on SEM analyzing by using Lisrel 8.70, it is known that work competency variable and transformational leadership give influence toward work satisfaction of study program in Politeknik Kesehatan Tanjungkarang environment. The result describes that is very determined by work satisfaction which improve and work satisfaction is influenced by transformational leadership which applies on Study program in Politeknik Kesehatan Tanjungkarang environment.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The existence of exhibition halls with professional management is a major factor to boost the exhibition industry in an area. The exhibition industry is one of the supporting elements of MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibition / events). The government has set MICE as a top five sector in bringing foreign tourists, even this sector is targeted to be able to grow up to 10% in 2019. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the growth of Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) and its impact on the promotion of small and medium enterprises in Banten Province. This research uses a literature study with descriptive and explorative approaches and secondary data from Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). It can be concluded that: (1) ICE is very potential and has a huge impact in contribution of creating jobs, increasing regional yield and income for the country, (2) With the increase of MICE events at ICE, it will attract a high number of visitors to come and be a potential market for hotel industry, event organizers (EO), travel agencies and transportation to get a decent profit. In addition, many small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) which involved in MICE industry grow their revenue such as catering services, souvenir, food and beverage sellers.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The current strategic environment in the world shows that there is a greater potential for intrastate conflict, especially in third world countries. The United Nations as a world body has held a UN Peacekeeping Mission as an instrument to create peace in countries which undergo multidimensional conflict. Indonesia has sent its personnel in the UN Peacekeeping Mission since 1957 through the sending of the 1st Garuda  Contingent to the UNEF Mission in Sinai. At present Indonesia has sent a Garuda contingent in various UN Peacekeeping regions in the world. The involvement of TNI personnel in the UN Peacekeeping Mission has continued to increase from year to year. But the increase in the number of TNI personnel involved in the UN Peacekeeping Mission has not been accompanied by an increase in the number of middle / high ranked TNI officers who are able to hold strategic positions at the UN Peacekeeping Mission. This paper aims to convey a view on the career development of TNI Officers in the UN Peacekeeping Mission. This research uses qualitative methods through literature studies and interviews. The findings indicate the need to synchronize the system of career development and education for TNI Officers in the UN Peacekeeping Mission in order to have a competitive advantage in competing to hold some strategic positions in the UN Peacekeeping Mission.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to determine how strong the effect of competency, motivation, commitment on cathecis voluntary  performances in Jakarta archbishop dioses integrated either partially or simultaneously. This study was a category of social management research that uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study are all volunteer catechists in the archdiocese parish that covers 8 areas or eight deaneries. The sampling method was done by using cluster sampling and a total sample was 200 respondents. Tehcnic analysis used is path analysis were previously tested with the classical assumtion test. Hypotesis testing using t-test and F test with confidence level of 5%. The result of this study indicate that competency, motivation and commitment significant influence on voluntary cathecis performance either partially or simultaneously, this is partially evidenced by t-test conducted on the four variable mentioned above and shown simultaneously by the F-test was also conducted to the above four variables. But motivation variable wasn’t effect to the performance of voluntary cathecis.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The purpose of this study was to know the effect of motivation on the job satisfaction of lecturers at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business, to know the effect of compensation on lecturer satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business, and to know the effect of motivation and compensation together on lecturers satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University Faculty of Economics and Business. This research method used quantitative methods with multiple regression models. The populations of this study were 98 lecturers and the samples used in this study were all lecturers. The results showed that motivation had an effect on lecturers job satisfaction, compensation did not affect on lecturers job satisfaction, also motivation and compensation had an effect on the work satisfaction of lecturers together</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">In this era of global change, where the millennial generation has begun to enter the workforce, more and more workers around the world are feeling uneasy about staying in their current jobs. Even in a survey conducted  by TNS Employee Insights, a survey agency in the United States, stated that only 14.3% of workers were fully engaged with the company, 29.7% were involved and the rest did not want to be involved in the organization. The survey also noted about 45% of respondents who stated they were not satisfied with their work. The level of employee dissatisfaction will negatively affect the behavior and feelings of employees in a company. This study aims to look at the 3 variables, namely compensation, flexible working hour  and company branding, which is the most influential on employee engagement to stay and  be involved in realizing the ideals of the organization. This research was conducted on millennial respondents who had worked for at least 1 year  in various industries both manufacturing and service industries in the area of West Java, Central Java and East Java as well as Jabodetabek, Indonesia. The number of samples collected and calculated were 285 respondents. Data calculation is done using SEM-AMOS software. From the analysis of the data it was found that compensation, flexible working hour  and company branding  have an influence on employee motivation and employee engagement, and employee motivation has the effect of mediating the relationship between compensation, flexible working hour and company branding on employee  engagement.</dc:description>

The franchisor is obliged to provide support and franchisees with an obligation to pay fees. This gives a beginner franchisor an overview of rights and obligations and understands the potential of developing a business with a franchise system in his business. when the franchise business is running there are several other income that the franchisor will get as the owner. in this case the results of this study are collected through group discussion (Franchise and Licensing) discussions that focus on information about the potential income of the franchisor. The results show that aside from the self-owned business profits there are also other franchisor sources of income that can be fostered from their franchisees; Other income is royalties, franchise fees, advertising costs, material purchases. 	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Indonesia adalah ekportir batu bara terbesar di dunia. Total produksi batu bara Indonesia pada tahun 2018 sebesar 528 juta ton. Dari jumlah tersebut, 320 juta ton di produksi oleh perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kinerja perusahaan tambang batubara di Indonesia yang sudah tbk di periode 2014 sampai dengan 2018 terdapat gap yang sangat tinggi. Perbedaan gap kinerja ini yang di duga salah satu nya di pengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan di perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh breakthrough leadership terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan motivasi dan kepuasan karyawan sebagai variabel intervening di perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI di Indonesia. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah 113 orang pada posisi supervisor hingga direktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM – AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa breakthrough leadership mempunyai pengaruh positip dan significant terhadap employee motivation dan employee satisfaction, tetapi tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap performance organisasi , employee motivation dan employee satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh positip terhadap performance organisasi. Employee satisfaction dan employee motivation tidak memediasi antara breakthrough leadership terhadap kinerja organisasi.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kompensasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian ini seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Iskaba Pratama dengan sampel 109 orang. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.23. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kompensasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini membuktikan hasil pengujian (uji t) yang menunjukan nilai signifikasi dan variabel bebas.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji peran budaya keselamatan kerja sebagai faktor kunci dalam kinerja karyawan dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan kinerja karyawan pertambangan emas. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan sampel dari perusahaan tambang emas di Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Penulis mengumpulkan informasi tentang budaya keselamatan keselamatan kerja, motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan serta karakteristik karyawan lainnya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis prosedural bersyarat yang dilakukan untuk menguji model. Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan SEM menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediator. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa praktisi harus lebih menekankan pengembangan budaya keselamatan kerja untuk manajemen perusahaan karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya keselamatan dapat menjadi faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Diperlukan tindakan korektif untuk mengoptimalkan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi budaya keselamatan kerja. Memprioritaskan budaya keselamatan kerja, memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan keselamatan kerja bagi karyawan, menciptakan sistem kompensasi yang mendorong karyawan untuk berperilaku aman, dan menetapkan standar keamanan yang jelas adalah langkah-langkah yang perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan tambang emas di Jawa Timur untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah populasi difokuskan pada karyawan perusahaan tambang emas yang berlokasi di Jawa Timur. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan populasi yang lebih luas yang dapat lebih menggeneralisasi temuan.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga, Atribut Produk, dan Iklan sebagai variabel independen, kemudian Perpindahan Merek sebagai variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Smartphone Samsung yang sempat melakukan Perpindahan Merek dari Smartphone lain di Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Ukuran sampel diambil dari 75 responden dengan metode pengambilan sample Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan metode PLS/Partial Least Square). Berdasarkan hasil penholahan data dengan PLS memiliki hasil bahwa (1) Harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,427. (2) Atribut Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,537. (3) Iklan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perpindahan Merek dengan nilai P Values sebesar 0,004.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil, dan pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode asosiatif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan 60 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, persamaan regresi linier sederhana, korelasi sederhana, koefisien determinasi, dan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Selatan. Pemimpin yang mampu memberikan motivasi, professional, cepat tanggap, berprilaku adil, dan memiliki integritas dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dipergunakan sebagai salah satu referensi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Jakarta Selatan.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening perusahaan Properti, Real Estate dan Konstruksi yang terdaftar di BEI selama tahun 2015-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 41 perusahaan sampel yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Data Panel dan Teknik Analisis Jalur dengan program Eviews dan tingkat signifikansi 5% (0,05). Hasil dari pengujian diperoleh (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dalam peneitian ini adalah 240 perawat Rumah Sakit PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta yang kemudian diambil sampel sebanyak 120 dengan menggunakan teknik sampelnya adalah purposive sampling. Jenis data adalah data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji coba terlebih dahulu dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas.Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, dan uji determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan alat bantu statistik program spss 20. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Sedangkan pengujian secara simultan variabel pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).</dc:description>

Rumah sakit harus bisa mempertahankan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatanyang baik kepadapasien agar dapat bersaing dengan rumah sakit yang kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatannya lebih baik. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan senjata potensial untuk mengalahkan pesaing. Fasilitas kesehatan merupakan faktor penting dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Pelayanan yang ramah dan fasilitas kesehatan yang baik dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien sehingga terjadinya peningkatan kunjungan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atau menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS pada RS. Insani Stabat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada RS. Insani Stabat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas kesehatan berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS pada RS. Insani Stabat. Nilai R Square sebesar 80,5% menunjukkan bahwa 80,5% kemampuan variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan fasilitas kesehatan (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien (Y) pada RS. Insani Stabat sedangkan sisanya 19,5% merupakan pengaruh variabel bebas lain yang tidak dijelaskan atau tidak diteliti oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini seperti variabel lokasi, harga dan sistem administrasi.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Indonesia has been taking serious attention concerning the disposal of plastic waste in the ocean. Terrible data concerning plastic trash in the Ocean, harm and kill lots of animals around the ocean where plastic waste was found in the stomach of the sea animals. The purpose of this study is to analyze and implement green marketing in the fast food restaurants to promote and educate customers about the dangers of using plastic products and reduce them from the fast food restaurants. The research is to analyze the customer behavior and attitude towards their purchase decision in relating to green marketing as the intervening variable. The data collection is done through distribution of questionnaire, where the population is consisted of customers from KFC restaurants in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a descriptive and verification research, the descriptive methods is based on assessment analysis and the verification methods is based on quantitative analysis. The sample determination is done through Simple Random Sampling and the analysis technique is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that customer behavior and customer attitude have positive and significant effect towards green marketing and customer behavior has the most significant influence towards green marketing compared to customer attitude. The results show that the KFC customers' awareness concerning the plastic waste is still low eventhough they understand the danger of the plastic waste, but gradually based on their behavior it start to increase after implementing green marketing and to educate them the danger of plastic waste and the limitation of plastic products in the restaurants.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas merek dalam kedai teh. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel berupa suasana, sikap karyawan, layanan IT, kualitas minuman, citra merek dan variasi menu untuk dicari hubungannya dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun variabel kepuasan pelanggan juga dicari hubungannya dengan loyalitas merek. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah total 321 responden, dimana survei dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online Google Forms dan disebarkan ke pelanggan kedai teh XYZ yang secara khusus pernah menikmati minuman di tempat. Proses analisa data kemudian dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa variabel secara statistik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. dimana kualitas minuman, variasi menu, dan citra merek menjadi variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh. Kepuasan pelanggan kedai teh XYZ juga mempengaruhi loyalitas merek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan prioritas atribut yang sebaiknya diperhatikan dan diperbaharui oleh kedai teh XYZ atau bisnis sejenisnya, yang selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai acuan oleh manajerial bisnis kedai teh untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas merek terhadap bisnis kedai tehnya.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Pasar untuk ban mobil terus tumbuh dan berkembang, karena hingga saat ini belum ada kendaraan massal yang bisa berjalan tanpa menggunakan ban, sehingga ban merupakan komponen utama dalam mobilisasi kendaraan. Semakin banyak jumlah mobil yang beredar, maka semakin banyak juga penjualan ban di pasar. Pemilihan strategi pemasaran pada industri ban harus memberikan efek yang cukup signifikan terhadap penjualan karena terkait dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Pada suatu kondisi tertentu jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk mengadakan aktifitas promosi maupun program loyalitas besarnya bisa mencapai 50 persen jika dibandingkan dengan net profit yang didapatkan. Berdasarkan penelitian terdapat perbedaan persepsi bauran pemasaran, penjualan kendaraan, dan program loyalitas yang dilakukan oleh merek ban ABC, XYZ, dan BCD. Pada merek ABC, persepsi produk merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap sedangkan untuk merek XYZ dan BCD persepsi produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap. Hal tersebut sama dengan hasil perhitungan SEM dengan menggabungkan tiga merek tersebut dengan hasil persepsi produk, harga, dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan hanya terhadap sikap. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara sikap terhadap pembelian.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to determine the influence of Ethical Leadership on Job Satisfaction, Ethical Climate and Organizational Commitment at staff at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA). Data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires using ordinal scales. This research was conducted on 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing. The collected data is then analyzed using the technique analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of this study show that Ethical Leadership positively and significantly influence on Ethical Climate, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment at the Drug Registration Directorate of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Indonesian FDA).</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Pencapaian yang telah diraih PT Astra International Tbk membuatnya mampu bersaing dalam ketatnya persaingan bisnis di Indonesia. Analisis rasio merupakan salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis laporan keuangan. Laba merupakan ringkasan hasil bersih aktivitas operasi usaha dalam periode tertentu yang dinyatakan dalam istilah keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, maka didapatkan hasil bahwa dalam rasio likuiditas jika dilihat dari rata rata industry otomotif akan mengalami kenaikan, namun menurut teori Kasmir akan mengalami penurunan laba. Hasil perhitungan rasio solvabilitas memprediksi bahwa menurut rata rata industry otomotif akan mengalami kenaikan laba, namun menurut teori Kasmir hanya mengalami kenaikan jika dilihat dari hasil LTDer, sedangkan dari hasil DAR dan DER mengalami penurunan laba. Hasil perhitungan rasio aktivitas menunjukan bahwa dari rata rata industry pertumbuhan laba PT Astra International Tbk akan mengalami kenaikan, namun dari hasil TAT akan mengalami penurunan laba. Sementara menurut Kasmir pada rasio aktivitas PT Astra International Tbk akan mengalami penurunan pada periode berikutnya. Sedangkan dari hasil perhitungan rasio profitabilitas PT Astra International Tbk baik dilihat dari rata rata industry maupun standar industry menurut Kasmir akan mengalami penurunan laba pada periode berikutnya.</dc:description>

Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, desain penelitian kualitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan masyarakat, aparat pemerintah atau dinas pariwisata terkait. Ulasan pemasaran pariwisata dan bahan kebijakan di tingkat nasional, regional dan lokal juga dilakukan untuk kontekstualisasi data. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa beragam cara atau strategi dilakukan oleh pengelola kampung wisata untuk „menghidupi‟ masyarakat, di antaranya adalah mendorong masyarakat untuk menjual produk yang nantinya akan dibeli oleh mereka sendiri. Cara ini membuat mereka merasa senasib dan saling bergandengan tangan menghadapi pandemic.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Pengelolaan Keuangan mempengaruhi cara berpikir Pelaku UMKM terhadap kondisi keuangan serta mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan yang strategis dalam hal Keuangan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan yang lebih baik. Permasalahan utama dalam UMKM pada umumnya belum memiliki catatan keuangan yang baik untuk dijadikan laporan keuangan . Maksud dari penelitian ini untuk melihat peranan manajemen keuangan yang sudah dipakai oleh UKM di Kota Serang . Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 UMKM. Teknik penggunaan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada UMKM di kota Serang. Metode yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis penelitian ini dengan menggunaan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif serta pembobotan pada Pengelolaan Keuangan dengan skala Likert . Hasil diperoleh dari penelitian ini secara keseluruhan Pengelolaan Keuangan dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan UMKM sebesar 36,4% dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang lain. Sedangkan secara individual Variabel Perencanaan mempunyai signifikasi sebesar 0,012 &amp;lt; 0,05 dan Variabel Pengendalian mempunyai signifikasi ( 0,018 &amp;lt; 0,05 ) yang artinya kedua variable ini yaitu Perencanaan dan Pengendalian mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan positip terhadap Pendapatan UMKM, sedangkan Variabel Manajemen Kas dimana sig ( 0,319 &amp;gt; 0,05 ) yang artinya Variabel Manajemen Kas tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pendapatan UMKM. Perusahaan UMKM belum membuat catatan laporan penerimaan kas masuk dan Pengeluaran Kas.</dc:description>

Namun dalam penelitian ini kami menyediakan variabel lain yang turut memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dari pelanggan yaitu Brand awareness. Dengan menggunakan pelanggan mobil dari Honda penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor mediasi dari brand awareness. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa brand awareness memediasi penuh hubungan antara kualitas dengan keputusan pembelian. Demikian juga harga mobil turut memengaruhi keputusan pembelian mobil.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kualitas produk, harga, dan word of mouth terhadap kepercayaan konsumen dan implikasinya pada minat keputusan membeli ulang produk makanan olahan merek SunnyGold. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausalitas melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada konsumen SunnyGold yang berada di Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 170 konsumen. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kemudian dilakukan analisis structural equation modelling melalui program Amos. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel kualitas produk, harga dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dan minat pembelian ulang, kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat pembelian ulang. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa variabel kepercayaan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk dan word of mouth terhadap minat pembelian ulang, namun variabel kepercayaan belum mampu memediasi pengaruh harga terhadap minat pembelian ulang.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja dosen, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja dosen, (3) mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen pendukung mata kuliah eLearning pada Mata Kuliah Unggulan Universitas Universitas Mercu Buana - Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 175 orang yang merupakan dosen mata kuliah Fitur Universitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen mata kuliah eLearning di Universitas Mercu Buana. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen pada mata kuliah eLearning di Universitas Mercu Buana. 	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya Tarif Sewa Modal Dan Jumlah Pinjaman Terhadap Laba Bersih Pada PT.Pegadaian (Persero). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalan purposive sampling. Diperoleh jumlah sampel 7 tahun yaitu dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2017. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan tarif sewa modal dan jumlah pinjaman mempunyai hubungan yang “sangat kuat” terhadap laba bersih. Hasil pengujian secara parsial tarif sewa modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih, sedangkan jumlah pinjaman berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih PT. Pegadaian (persero). Pengujian secara simultan tarif sewa modal dan jumlah pinjaman berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih PT. Pegadaian (persero). Untuk dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan labanya PT. Pegadaian (Persero) harus lebih memperhatikan perkembangan jumlah pinjaman yang diberikan kepada nasabahnya.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This research is to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, and return on assets on price to book value in textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The population in this research were the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 that did not experience losses. The sample method with saturated samples and obtained 7 companies as samples. Research data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The more appropriate method used is the common effect. Partially it shows that the variable current ratio and return on assets have a positive and significant effect on price to book value, the debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on price to book value, while only the total asset turnover variable has no effect on the firm value, price to book value.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) have an important role in the pace of Indonesia's economy, especially in job creation and household empowerment that supports household income. The existence of UMKM  is expected to be able to spur the economy amid the current economic slowdown. Utilization of the concept of marketing based on digital technology (digital marketing) provides hope for UMKM to develop into a center of economic strength. The development of digital technology enables UMKM to market their products online and conduct transactions through the online banking system as well. This study aims to see whether the implementation of digital marketing can have an influence on the sales volume of UMKM industry results, as well as to find out whether the use of digital marketing has a large influence on the development of UMKM businesses in South Tangerang City. This research was conducted with a qualitative research method to look deeper into the influence of the use of digital marketing in the development of UMKM businesses in the eyes of UMKM managers in South Tangerang City. The results showed that the use of digital marketing can increase UMKM  sales by 30-50 percent, and digital marketing is able to expand their market share and at the same time reduce the promotional costs they incur, as well as being able to shorten the distance of UMKM interaction with their consumers</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Tujuan dari riset ini merupakan menganalisis serta mengenali dampak kesejahteraan karyawan pada waktu pandemic covid- 19 bila dilihat secara merata. Tata cara riset yang digunakan merupakan tata cara pendekatan kualitatif, strategi riset permasalahan, serta metode analisis yang mengumpulkan informasi lewat observasi serta wawancara dengan sebagian informan, informan yang diartikan merupakan karyawan dari sebagian perusahaan di industry cikarang. Hasil dari riset ini merupakan kesejahteraan karyawan pada waktu pandemic covid- 19 dalam sebagian prespektif karyawan yang terletak di cikarang ialah banyaknya karyawan yang terserang PHK massal ataupun dikeluarkan dengan alibi industri tidak dapat berikan pendapatan kepada karyawan, banyaknya karyawan yang menghadapi penyusutan pendapatan, banyaknya karyawan yang dirubah system kerjanya sehingga membuat karyawan tidak nyaman, banyaknya karyawan yang terpaksa wajib senantiasa work from office( WFO) yang mungkin besarnya dapat tertular virus covid- 19 karena perusahaan terpaksa meperlakukannya semacam itu sebab bila tidak perusahaan tersebut hendak hadapi kerugian, serta banyaknya karyawan yang terserang virus covid- 19 tersebut sebab terpaksa wajib senantiasa bekerja semacam umumnya. Dari seluruh permasalahan tersebut dapat dilihat kalau virus covid- 19 inI sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kinerja serta kesejahteraan karyawan pada waktu pandemic covid- 19. Hingga dari itu akibat ekonomi dari karyawan bisa dilihat kalau pemasukan ekonomi menyusut serta banyaknya pengeluaran yang penghidupannya tidak memadai, semacam kehabisan pekerjaan, duit pendapatan menyusut, pergantian system kerja, serta akumulasi bayaran buat kesehatan virus covid- 19.Kata Kunci : Kesejahteraan, Karyawan, Pandemic, Covid-19</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leaders, academic culture on of the Sustainability Organization Performance  of University Lecturers in Indonesia of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) era. This study use quantitative research method with survey technique to respond the test hypotheses that have been formulated. The respondents are 150 lecturers, the sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique. The instrument of transformational leader, academic lecture and Sustainability Organization Performance  were validated with the product moment correlation, while reliability was measured by the Alpha Cronbach. Hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of data analysis using path analysis, showed that, (1) there is the effect of direct transformational leaders on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , (2) there is the effect of direct academic culture on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , and (3) there is the effect of direct sinergic transformational leaders on the lecturers academic culture. 	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Human resources are an asset for the company. Therefore, to get the best employees, human resource management is important to take the first steps in selecting prospective workforce, maintaining, developing, evaluating, and managing employee relations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human resource management practices on knowledge management maturity. This study used a population of 125 education staff (permanent lecturers), with a total sample of 62 respondents or 50% taken. The results showed that human resource management practicesSimultaneously, the effect of 0.59 affects the maturity of knowledge management. However, partially, there are two variables that have a significant effect, namely recruitment and compensation, while the three variables of training and development, performance management and employee relations have a negative influence or do not contribute to the maturity of knowledge management. Keywords : Human Resources Management Practices, recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management, employee relations, knowledge management.</dc:description>

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi dengan pendekatan ilmiah menggunakan metode studi kasus kualitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi kendala kinerja yang diakibatkan oleh pandemic Covid-19.  Penelitian ini menggunakan responden sebanyak lima orang yang terdiri dari tenaga penyuluh koperasi, anggota koperasi, dan staf administrasi.  Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan inisial R1, R2, R3, R4, dan R5 dengan maksud menjaga kerahasiaan. Wawancara dilakukan dengan cara semi-terstruktur yang dilakukan dengan perntanyaan yang sudah disiapkan berdasarkan literature terkait. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh anggota, staff, dan penyuluh koperasi yang disebabkan oleh terganggunya likuiditas dan proses Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) yang dialami oleh Koperasi Sejahtera Bersama. Kata kunci: Kinerja Koperasi, anggota koperasi, staff operasional, penyuluh koperasi,  pandemic covid-19, studi eksploratif</dc:description>

(2) menguji pengaruh pengetahuan dasar investasi  terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa. (3) menguji pengaruh modal minimal terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa. (4) menguji pengaruh kemajuan teknologi terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi&amp;amp;Bisnis dan Fakultas Matematika&amp;amp;Ilmu Pengetahuan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan teknik analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang diolah dengan menggunakan program AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa, pengetahuan dasar investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa, modal minimal berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa, kemajuan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sankei Gohsyu Industries. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 89 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 89 responden di PT Sankei Gohsyu Industries dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpul data utama. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Nilai t hitung positif, artinya semakin meningkat disiplin kerja maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan, variabel stres kerja (X2) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dan disiplin kerja (X1) dan stres kerja (X2) secara bersama – sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) namun nilai interprestasi koefisiennya tergolong sangat rendah yaitu 17,0%. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan diperlukan diperhatikan disiplin kerja, karena  variabel disiplin kerja (X1) adalah variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y).</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Seeing the declining condition of Indonesia's economy, it touched negative growth because the world economy was also experiencing negative growth due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It is undeniable that every company will be overshadowed by a decline in financial performance which in the end can have an impact on the inability to manage finances so that in this condition if it continues it will cause financial distress. The purpose of this result is to identify and analyze the influence of fundamental factors represented by the ratio using the Ratio Analysis of ROA, DER and Current Ratio in Altman and Zmijewski's Financial Distress Analysis to see the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Profitability on Financial Distress on mining sector stocks in the Stock Exchange. Indonesian Securities. Data analysis in this study is a oil and gas company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019. Based on the calculation of ROA, DER and Current Ratio against Altman's Zscore. It can be concluded that the DER ROA variable does not partially affect the Zscore. Variable Current ratio affects to Zscore. The variables ROA, DER and Current Ratio simultaneously affect to Zscore. Then calculate the ROA, DER and Current Ratio to the Zmijewski Value. It can be concluded that the ROA variable partially affects to the Zmijewski value. DER and Current Ratio variables partially have no effect to Zmijewski value. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling. Responden-responden yang terpilih adalah karyawan organik dan non-organik yang telah bekerja selama lebih dari 2 tahun. Penelitian atas model Denison ini diuji dan dianalis dengan uji statistik non parametrik, Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa subkultur yang dimonitor dan diseleraskan dengan nilai utama perusahaan menguatkan budaya organisasi dan dapat mendukung kesuksesan transformasi organisasi.</dc:description>

The type of data used in this study is primary data that comes from interviews and filling out questionnaires, observations, documentation and is also supported by secondary data obtained from websites and related archives that can be accessed. This research was conducted at the Bureau of Personnel and Organization of the Ministry of Transportation. In this study, 85 employees participated in filling out questionnaires that were distributed.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Objek penelitian di Kota Denpasar pada UMKM yang bergerak dibidang perikanan dengan membudidayakan ikan lele. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kelayakan bisnis yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang lebih mendalam dari kelayakan suatu bisnis dari aspek SKB dengan cara analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif.  Menggunakan analisis SWOT meliputi NPV, IRR, PP, dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Hasi penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai (NPV) yaitu Rp. 10.829.000,00, Rp. 56.246.244,00, Rp. 100.504.980,00, nilai (IRR) sebesar 79,55 % lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang ditetapkan, nilai (PP) yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa hanya memerlukan waktu 1 tahun 6, 62 bulan untuk mengembalikan investasi. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, usaha budidaya ikan lele ini bernilai positif dan bisa untuk ditingkatkan lagi dalam pengembangan usahanya. Usaha budidaya ikan lele layak untuk dijalankan terlebih dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat setempat.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Penggunaan media daring dalam kegiatan belanja/pembelian oleh masyarakat saat ini memberikan dorongan tersendiri khususnya bagi penyedia jasa yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat tersebut. Sarana media sosial memiliki banyak manfaat yang digunakan kalangan masyarakat dalam kegiagtan bisnisnya. Jangkauan yang luas dengan penggunaan media sosial sehingga untuk pemesanan salah satu produk bisnis akan dapat tersampaikan ke banyak orang dan memberikan kemudahan kepada orang lain juga yang membutuhkan informasi tersebut. Kemudahan inilah yang membuat fungsi media sosial begitu lekat dengan upaya peningkatan penjualan baik bisnis online, maupun offlin. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 Pembuat/Pemasata Masakan Rumahan di sekitar Tangerang Selatan.Elemen strategi pemasaran sangat penting bagi UKM untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan produknya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan omzet penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap peningkatan omzet penjualan, (2) Menganalisis pengaruh harga online terhadap peningkatan omzet penjualan.   Penelitian dilakukan di beberapa Pembuat/Pemasar Masakan Rumahan di sekitar Tangerang Selatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan kelengkapan berupa kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel laten adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software LISREL 8.70. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapat temuan penelitian bahwa media sosial dan harga online secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap peningkatan omzet penjualan. Secara partial media sosial paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan omzet penjualan.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat dekade ini menuntut semua perusahaan harus terus-menerus menciptakan inovasi baru agar tetap dapat bertahan. Salah satu contoh financial technology yang sedang marak digunakan saat ini adalah penggunaan dompet digital Gopay sebagai salah satu terobosan fintech dari PT. Aplikasi Karya Anak Bangsa. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah e-service quality, faktor kepercayaan dan persepsi resiko berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan Gopay. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis kausal dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Alat uji statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0 dengan melibatkan sebanyak 105 responden sebagai sampel yg terdiri dari pengguna Gopay pada komunitas mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana, Meruya, Jakarta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 105 orang awalnya adalah 100 responden yg kemudian ditambahkan beberapa sampel dengan mengikuti pendapat Sugiyono (2012) yang menyatakan bahwa 100 orang responden telah bisa memenuhi konsep keterwakilan jika populasi bersifat sang at luas dan tidak diketahui secara pasti. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling  dengan kriteria responden 1) responden mengetahui tentang Gopay; 2) responden sudah menggunakan aplikasi Gopay lebih dari dua kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality dan persepsi resiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variable kepercayaan  berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan aplikasi Gopay.</dc:description>

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) KCP Cibubur. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 35 orang. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan SPSS Ver.21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.</dc:description>

	<dc:description xml:lang="en-US">This study aims to determine and analyze the amount of non-performing loans in Financial Technology (FINTECH) companies during the covid-19 pandemic. The research sample consisted of 12 samples from January 2020 - December 2021 with the purposive random sampling method. Data collection is done through the official website of the financial services authority and the type of data taken is secondary data. The results show that non-performing loans in Financial Technology (FINTECH) companies have an average Non-Performing Loan (NPL) value of 6.08%, which is greater than 5% of the maximum limit set. Where these conditions indicate that non-performing loans in Financial Technology (FINTECH) companies are problematic or unhealthy. The increase in non-performing loans began to increase in April 2020 after the COVID-19 outbreak began in Indonesia.</dc:description>

The electronic payment system or payment with electronic money (e-money) is influenced by advances in technological developments and changes in people's lifestyles. This study aims to determine the trust, social influence, and perceived benefits of the interest in using BCA E-Money Flazz in Tangerang City. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The data of this research are primary, the determination of the sample uses a purposive sampling technique, and the respondents are consumers of e-money Flazz BCA in Tangerang City. The analytical tools in this study consist of; validity test, reliability test, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and determination test. Processing the results of the questionnaire in this study using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results showed that trust, social influence, and perceived benefits influenced the interest in using partially and simultaneously on the interest in using e-money.Keywords: Trust, Social Influence, Perception of Benefits, Interest in Using.</dc:description>

This is because the management of working capital required by the company will determine business continuity. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover on return on assets (ROA) in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The hypothesis tested is the independent variable, namely cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover, the dependent variable is return on assets (ROA). The sample used is secondary data from financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sampling was done through purposive sampling and samples that met the selection criteria. The sample used is 21 companies. Observations were made for 5 years starting from 2016 - 2020. Data Testing and Data Processing Techniques in this study used quantitative analysis. Furthermore, it will be analyzed and tested hypotheses with the help of computer programs, namely Microsoft Excel and Eviews 10. The results showed that simultaneously cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover, jointly had a significant effect on the dependent variable ROA, and partially cash turnover and inventory turnover. Inventory turnover has no significant effect on the dependent variable return on assets (ROA) while receivables turnover has a significant effect on the dependent variable return on assets (ROA).</dc:description>
