Design/methodology/approach –This paper focused on exploring the literature published in various popular databases. Based on the conceptual analysis, a set of possible frameworks was stated for future research. Findings –The research has evolved with a few possible frameworks to model the assertions by investigating and corroborating them with quantitative studies to be empirically tested. Islamic Corporate Governance and Internal Control Influance on Fraud in Sharia Commercial Banks Chairunisa, Mariyam Islamic Corporate Governance; Internal Control; Fraud This study aims to examine impact of Islamic Corporate Governance and Internal Control on Fraud on sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The unit analysis of this research is Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia which have been registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) period 2012 to 2017. This research was done to 11 Islamic commercial banks by using quantitative-descriptive approach. The results of this research showed that Sharia Supervisory Board and Internal Control have negative effect and unsignificant  on Fraud. However, Audit Committee has a positive effect and significant on fraud . The Effect of Halal Labelization, Price, and Promotions on The Purchase Decision of Samyang Noodles in Greater Jakarta Kaban, Reny Fitriana Halal Labeling; Price; Promotion This study uses independent variables, namely halal labeling, price, and promotion to determine and analyze the effect of these three variables on consumer purchasing decisions for Samyang noodles in JABODETABEK. This study uses quantitative methods and data processing methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The source of the population taken by the researchers came from Samyang noodle consumers who had bought and eaten food products from the Samyang Food company in Indonesia. For the number of samples in this study using as many as 100 respondents from Samyang noodle consumers in JABODETABEK. The data collection instrument studied was obtained by distributing questionnaires. To determine the magnitude of the influence of the variables in this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear analysis. SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software version 20 was the tool used to process this research. The results of the tests carried out show that the variables of halal labeling, price, and promotion have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for Samyang noodles in JABODETABEK. The merger of these three banks will have complete competence, because each merged bank has its own advantages. Merger can be defined as a business union and / or joint supervision, the merger of two or more companies under one ownership, and the takeover of all assets and liabilities owned by a company to be merged with a company that takes over or a new company. Principals’ Effective Task Performance: A Tool for Proper Education Delivery in Nigerian Secondary Schools Usman, Hamza Principal; Task Performance; Tool; Secondary School Secondary schools have nowadays become more complex than ever before. This is because of the ever growing number of students and population of the staff. The school principal should possess certain qualities that would enable him to face the administrative tasks efficiently and effectively in order to achieve the school goals and objectives. This paper therefore, reviewed the Principals’ Effective Task Performance as tool for proper Education Delivery in Nigerian Secondary Schools. The tasks of the principal in meeting these challenges were examined as the chief executive, relating to system and human relation theories. Qualities of an ideal school principal were highlighted, emphasizing on transformational leadership qualities. Tasks of the principal were also highlighted; instructional supervision, and motivation of staff. The paper concluded that, leadership qualities are strong determinants of principals’ tasks performance effectiveness in proper delivery of secondary schools education in Nigeria. Principals’ leadership qualities influence effective school administration. Finally recommended that, the principals should be well prepared; knowledgeable, professionally and administratively competent for the challenges involved in the mantle of leadership. Government should from time to time be organising conferences and workshops for the principals. Sponsorship is a mark of encouragement. The Effect of The Digitalization of Banking Services on Customer Satisfaction at BCA Syariah KCP Kranji Aliya, Lisana Yetty, Fitri Nugraheni, Siwi Customer Satisfaction; Digital Banking System; Digitization. A quantitative research that aims to understand the effect of digitizing syariah banking services on customer satisfaction in services that are fast, easy, and can be controlled by customers. The population chosen in this study is people who have or already know the use of mobile banking by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a Likert scale. This analysis uses IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Banking System, Service, Easiness, Comfort variable has a positive linear relationship to Customer Satisfaction, namely an increase in Digital Banking System, Service, Easiness, and Comfort will increase Customer Satisfaction as well. Digital Banking System is the only variable that has no significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, while Service, Easiness, Comfort has a significant influence on BCA Syariah Customer Satisfaction due to the rapid development of today's technology that accommodates banking industry services in Indonesia. Determination Profitability of Islamic Banks with Exchange Rate as Moderating Variable Ishak, Budhi Pribadhi Islamic Bank; Profitability; Exchange Rate This study aims to analyze the factors that can affect Islamic banks' return on assets (ROA) in Indonesia. These factors include independent variables consisting of the ratio of operating costs to operating income (BOPO), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), the ratio of financing income to total income, which is moderated by the exchange rate, the ratio of securities income to total income which moderated by the exchange rate, and also the exchange rate. The method used to analyze the determination of ROA is regression analysis with Error Correction Models (ECM). The research sample used is the entire research population, namely monthly data in 2016-2020 of Islamic Bank, including in the group of BUKU II published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI). Therefore, the number of data observations in this study is 60 (sixty) data. The results of this study indicate that the long-term analysis: (i) BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA; (ii) FDR has no significant effect on ROA; (iii) The ratio of financing distribution moderated by the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on ROA; (iv) Securities income ratio moderated by exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on ROA; (v) Exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on ROA.Meanwhile, for the short term are: FDR does not affect ROA. Furthermore, the results of the study for short-term analysis: (i) BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA; (ii) FDR has no significant effect on ROA; (iii) The ratio of financing distribution moderated by the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on ROA; (iv) Securities income ratio moderated by exchange rate has no significant effect on ROA; (v) Exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on ROA. The implication of this research is to provide input and repertoire of knowledge for academics and practitioners related to the factors that affect the performance of Islamic banks (ROA). Therefore, based on this research, Islamic banks BUKU II to maintain their financial performance, Islamic banks must be able to develop financing products that are following the expectation and needs of the community. Linking E-WOM to Muslimah Consumer Buying Intention through the Shopee Application: The Role of Brand Image as a Mediating Variable Zakiy, Muhammad Eggy, Sherlinda As’ad, Syarif Electronic Word of Mouth; Buying Interest; Brand Image; Sobel Test; Rabbani This study aims to examine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WoM) on consumer buying interest in the Shopee application through brand image as a mediating variable. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 200 respondents who had purchased Rabbani products through the Shopee application. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing online questionnaires via Google form using a Likert scale of points 1 to 5, which were analyzed using SPSS Version 26 through the classical assumption test, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results show that E-WoM has a positive effect on brand image, brand image has a positive effect on buying interest, E-WoM has a positive effect on consumer buying interest in Rabbani products, E-WoM has a positive effect on buying interest through brand image as mediation partial, meaning that the greater the E-WoM, the brand image will increase so that the buying interest will be higher. Examining the Relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among the Lecturers of Higher Institutions in Katsina State Nigeria Salisu, Abba Yangaiya Transformational leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Higher institutions, Nigeria The study is aim at examining the relationship between transformational leadership (TL) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among the lecturers of higher institutions in Katsina state Nigeria. Four hundred and three participants were used in this study. The study used transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior questionnaires to get the needed data. Both questionnaires were adopted and adapted.  Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analyses were employed to analyze the data collected using Special Package for Social Science Research (SPSS) version 20. The findings indicate that there are significant and positive relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers of higher institutions in Katsina state (R2 .43). The findings bring to the fore the need for the heads of institutions of higher learning to enhance the lecturer’s organizational citizenship behavior by full application of transformational leadership practices in their respective institutions.  The findings add to the existing literature on leadership especially in Nigeria where little was written on the area. The unit analysis of this research is Sharia Banks in Indonesia which have been registered in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) period 2013 to 2017. This research was done on 13 Islamic commercial banks by using quantitative-descriptive approach. The results of this research showed that Corporate Governance that represented by institutional ownership has negative effect and insignificantly on profitability. Board meeting has positive  affect and significant on profitability. Board size and audit committee size have positive effect and significant on profitability. However, Non Performing Financing has a negative effect and significant on profitability. Green Innovation and Firm Performance in Jakarta’s Bakery MSMEs: The Influence of Absorptive Capacity, GSCM, Organizational Learning, and Market Turbulence Karnadji, Djati Arafah, Willy Wahyudi, Agustinus Sri Green Innovation; Absorptive Capacity; Green Supply Chain Management; Organizational Learning; Market Turbulence; Firm Performance; MSMEs Bakeries This study aims to explore the influence of absorptive capacity, green supply chain management, organizational learning, and market turbulence on green innovation and firm performance in the MSME bakery industry in Indonesia. The research design is quantitative research using exploratory research. Data were collected from 210 respondents of bakery MSME business actors specializing in sweet or fresh bread located in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Data analysis using PLS-SEM. The analysis consists of descriptive statistics, measurement model evaluation, structural model evaluation, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that absorptive capacity, organizational learning, and green innovation affect firm performance, while green supply chain management and market turbulence have no effect on firm performance. Absorptive capacity affects green innovation, but green supply chain management and organizational learning have no effect on green innovation. Other findings show that market turbulence does not moderate the relationship between green innovation and firm performance, so green innovation does not mediate the relationship between absorptive capacity, green supply chain management, and organizational learning and firm performance. In this study, absorptive capacity is the most influential exogenous variable on the endogenous variables of green innovation and firm performance. These results contribute to the strategic management literature and the resource-based view (RBV), dynamic capability, knowledge-based view (KBV), agency theory, and legitimacy theory theories used in this study. Examining the Relationship between Post Primary School Teachers Job Satisfaction and Empowerment on Turnover Intention in Katsina State Nigeria Salisu, Abba Yangaiya Job Satisfaction; Empowerment; Turnover Intention; Post Primary School; Nigeria The study focuses on the influence of post primary schools teacher’s Job Satisfaction and Empowerment on turnover intention in Katsina state Nigeria. Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (JSQ), Empowerment Questionnaire (EQ) and Turnover Intention Questionnaire (TIQ) were used to get the data used in this study. All the questionnaires were adopted and adapted. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis via SPSS version 20.0. The results indicate that the independent variables influences turnover intention of post primary school teachers (R2 .51). In addition, among the independent variables, Job satisfaction best influences turnover intention of post primary school teachers.  The results would be useful to the stakeholders as before now few studies were conducted in the area in Nigeria in general and Katsina state in particular. Determinants to Credit Decision of Low-Income Muslim During Pandemic Crisis Swastika, Putri Sari, Reonika Puspita Laili, Nur Credit Decision; Debt; Financial Behavior; Emotion Bias; Herd Behavior; Pandemic Crisis; Pandemic crisis sets many challenges to the economy, including depriving income and consumption level. In a suburbs Muslim area in Metro City, Indonesia, RT038/RW008 called the “Pinggiran Ledeng” (“skirt of irrigation”), henceforth Pingled, lived about 50 households. All of them are muslim and classified as low-income households, while 35 households are strangled in interest-rate bearing debted. This group has lost their source of income at a significant rate, and must sustain daily need using unavoidable interest-rate bearing debt. Their creditors are private loans harks and/or registered financial institutions. This paper aims to unveil what makes them underwent credit-decision in crisis settings. Understanding these components are equally important as to alleviate their economic burden through goods and cash subsidies, because poor financial behavior is a common gate to a vicious cycle of debt trap and endless poverty. This research finds the following: (1) during a crisis, emotion bias, attitude, and herding are positively significant to explain how Pingled community members take interest-rate bearing debt. Secondly, the major determinant is herding behavior, and to lesser degree are attitude and bias. Practical and policy implications are provided. Comparison Of Sharia Banking Performance Implementation Based On Maqashid Shariah Index In Sharia Banks In Indonesia And Malaysia Safira, Safira Hadijah, Hadijah Maqashid Shariah Index (MSI); Bank Syariah Indonesia; Malaysia Islamic Bank This study aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia and Malaysia. At present, the measurement of the performance of the Islamic banking industry uses only the measurement of financial ratios (which are oriented towards shareholders). This measurement is not enough. Islamic banking needs a new paradigm in terms of measuring its performance of the which is not only limited to financial ratios. This study Applies approach the maqashid shariah index as a measurement of sharia banking performance. This type of research used in this study is comparative research. The object of this research is the Islamic banking industry, there are eight Islamic banks in Indonesia and nine Islamic banks in Malaysia that meet the criteria. The type of the data used is secondary the data in the form of financial reports / annual reports Obtained from the official website of each bank. By using the different test analysis method, the F count for the MSI variables with variances assumed aqual (assumed that both variants are equal) is 2002 with a probability of 0117. Because the probability of the data> 0.05, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the variance in the performance comparison of data based on the MSI of Islamic Banks of Indonesia and Islamic Banks of Malaysia. Assessing The Adaptability of Islamic Microfinance Loans to The Needs of Small Enterprises in Indonesia Afoukane, Meryem Utami, Wiwik Nugroho, Lucky Islamic Microfinance; Micro Loans; Customers Satisfaction Islamic microfinance aims to offer alternative financial products and services to the Muslim population through developing innovative microfinance services and products based on Islamic finance principles. Two main Islamic financing methods are used in Islamic microfinance: financings based on profit and loss sharing principle and financings using mark-up. The Muslim population represents more than 23% of the world population. A large part of this population is living with income below the poverty line. According to the Islamic Development Bank (2008), more than 500 million poor (with income below USD 1.25 per day) live in the five largest Muslim-majority countries (Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Egypt). Despite the enormous potential market for Islamic microfinance, Islamic Microfinance Institutions serve only 1.28 million clients, representing only 1% of the total outreach of microfinance. One possible explanation for this low outreach is that the products offered by Islamic microfinance institutions may not be well adapted to the needs of the customers. Therefore, this research aims to examine customers’ satisfaction with Islamic loans. Moreover, the study aimed to identify the loan’s selection criteria, and the areas of improvement, from the customers' perspective. This study focused on small businesses since micro-entrepreneurs have specific needs related to their businesses that differ from the other customers’ needs. The study was conducted in the context of Bank Syariah Mandiri, one of the largest Indonesian Islamic commercial banks. The study proceeded in two steps. The first step was to investigate the relevant literature on Islamic microfinance and customers’ satisfaction in the Islamic microfinance sector. The second step was collecting primary data among the customers of the micro Banking Division of Bank Syariah Mandiri. The literature review on Islamic microfinance revealed a lack of understanding of customers’ attitudes, perceptions, and preferences. Therefore, this study aimed to provide a modest contribution to the field. The survey questionnaire was used to collect primary data, and a random sampling method was used to select the participants for the survey. One hundred questionnaires were distributed to the customers who owned a micro business and had an outstanding loan balance with Bank Syariah Mandiri at the time of the survey. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 22.0 was used to generate the statistical analysis. The response rate was 100% since questionnaires were distributed to the respondents at their house or business location. The study revealed that most respondents were satisfied with the credit and its features (loan size, cost, collateral requirements, time to process the application, and application form). The credit served their business and helped them improve their sales and incomes. In addition, the study showed that the essential criteria in selecting a credit were the cost, Syariah compliance, and the process easiness. An essential finding of this study was that the religious character of the Islamic Microfinance Institution was not of great importance when selecting a microfinance institution; however, it becomes a significant concern when selecting a credit. The development of the Islamic banking business in Indonesia in terms of income earned is still categorized as relatively small compared to conventional banking. Therefore, Islamic banking must improve the performance of its company to grow and develop so that it can compete with conventional banking. This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR), as well as examine the role of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) at Indonesia Islamic Bank in influencing the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR). The research method used is a quantitative approach with an analytical method using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The subjects in this study were Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2013 - 2019. The direct test results showed that GCG disclosure had a negative and insignificant effect on FSR, then GCG disclosure had a negative and insignificant impact on ISR. ISR disclosure has a positive and significant effect on FSR. The Influence of Good Corporate Governance on Sukuk Rating Astuti, Retno Puji Corporate Governance; Institutional Ownership; Board Meeting; Board Size; Audit Committee; Rating Sukuk This objective of this study to determine the influence of sukuk ratings on corporate governance. Proxy of the corporate governance that used is institutional ownership, frequency of board meeting, board size, and audit committee. The population in this studies are financial and non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and issue bonds that are rated by PEFINDO in 2012-2017. The research was conducted with quantitative methods. The analysis methods used in this study is multiple linear regression and assisted by SPSS version 20. The results of this research indicate that institutional ownership has significantly positive affect on sukuk rating, frequency of board meeting has insignificantly negative affect on sukuk rating and board size has significantly negative affect on sukuk rating and audit committee has  significantly positive affect on sukuk rating.. This research study uses quantitative methods. The source of the population taken by the researcher comes from Muslim consumers who have visited or have purchased food products from Japanese restaurants in Jakarta. For the number of samples in this study using as many as 150 respondents from consumers of Yoshinoya, Pepper Lunch, and Ramen Seirock-Ya restaurants in the Jakarta area. The data collection instrument studied was obtained by distributing questionnaires. To determine the magnitude of the influence of variables in this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear analysis. SPSS (Statistics Package for Social science) software version 20 is the tool used to process this study. The results of the tests carried out showed that the variables of halal awareness and lifestyle had a positive and significant effect partially and jointly on the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers on Japanese food in Jakarta. Analyzing Performance Determinants: Islamic Rural Bank Performance in Indonesia Baroroh, Hilmy IRBs; Performance; ARDL Islamic Rural Banks are unique in terms of financing distribution because they are limited to the scope of certain areas in Indonesia. This study examines internal and external factors on the performance of Islamic Rural Banks in Indonesia which present financial products, especially for the micro, small and medium business sectors. ROA measures performance variables, internal variables consist of NPF, FDR, CAR, and PLS, external variables consist of economic growth, inflation, and the BI rate. The data comes from the IRBs Statistical Annual Report for 2015-2021 using the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) analysis method to see long-term and short-term relationships between variables. This study found that two internal variables, namely FDR and PLS, experienced delays but had an effect on ROA in the short term, for NPF and CAR in the short-term research had no effect on ROA. As for external variables, only the BI rate affects ROA, while GDP and inflation do not affect ROA. Furthermore, the results of long-term research show that all internal factors affect ROA, while external factors, only the BI rate, affect ROA. From the results of this study, it was found that IRBS should focus on managing their business rather than expanding the scope of business because the revenue that IRBS gets comes from their performance which tends to be influenced by internal IRBS factors. Sukuk as an alternative investment is increasingly in demand by investors in Indonesia. But unfortunately, some bonds and sukuk have defaulted in 2019. This study aims to determine the effect between current ratio (CR), total asset turn over (TATO) and return on assets (ROA) on sukuk ratings moderated by Debt Equity Ratio (DER). Sukuk rating is the dependent variable in this study measured by assessment techniques based on Pefindo ratings. This study uses secondary data which is a non-bank company from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and received a rating from Pefindo in 2013-2018. While the sampling method used is the purposive method, namely a total of 84 samples selected. This study uses data analysis methods using Multiple Regression Analysis with hypothesis testing F statistical test and t statistical test, Eviews 9 programme assistance. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study are as follows: (1) Current Asset (CR) has a significant positive effect on sukuk rating; (2) Total asset turn over has a significant negative effect on sukuk rating; and (3) Return on assets does not have a positive effect on sukuk ratings. Assessing the Influence of Muzaraah Agreements on Farmers' Well-being in Kujon Village Hakim, Lukmanul Handoko, Rian Munir, Mukhlis Sirotul Muzara’ah Contract; Profit Sharing; Farmers’ Welfare; The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation and influence of the muzaraah contract on the welfare of farmers in Kujon village, Ceper district, Klaten district. This research uses field research and is qualitative in nature. Data obtained from interviews and documentation as well as data analysis using inductive thinking and answers from sources. This study also aims to determine the effect of the muzara'ah contract applied by farmers in Kujon village, Ceper sub-district, Klaten district on their welfare using the prosperous family indicator by the BKKBN and see its conformity with the muzara'ah contract theory. The results of this study concluded that the implementation of the muzaraah contract carried out by both parties was carried out verbally, then both parties also discussed profit sharing. The profit sharing applied by both parties is still adjusted to the custom that has been applied in Kujon village where the amount of profit sharing applied is 1/3:2/3. The muzaraah contract for the community in Kujon village is very influential on the welfare of sharecroppers where previously they could only meet basic needs, but now from the 7 farmers studied, all of them show an increase in their welfare. ERM Implementation and Non-Performing Loans Performance: Comparison between Islamic Bank and Conventional Bank Sumunar, Kurnia Indah Anggraheni, Dyah Ayu Ratu, Mutiara Kemala Enterprise Risk Management; Non-performing Loan; Islamic Banking; Conventional Banking There are different characteristics between islamic banking and conventional banking that cause a variety of questions, including the implementation of ERM. This study focuses on the effect of ERM implementation on NPL performance of banking, If the implementation of ERM is good, so the performance of NPL will also better. This study investigate the effect of ERM implementation on NPL performance on islamic banking and conventional banking. This study also investigate a different test level of ERM implementation that affect NPL on each type of banking. The sample consisted of 30 conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and 10 Islamic banking based on the Islamic Banking Statistics that issued by Bank Indonesia for the 2011-2016 research period. This study find that the implementation of ERM has a significant negative effect both on the islamic banking and on conventional banking. While the results of different tests conducted show that the implementation of ERM to NPL has more influence on conventional banking than in islamic banking, this could be due to the maturity level of both types of banks. Conventional banking has also existed for a long time compared to Islamic, so it certainly has a functioning structure efficiently, but for Islamic banking still requires effort and improvement for further development. The Moderating Role of Sukuk Rating in the Relationship Between Financial Indicators and Corporate Sukuk Yield Rachmaini, Nurul Shinta, Melzatia Nurhasanah, Nurhasanah Zahri, Mohd ‘Adli Liquidity; Profitability; Rating; Solvability; Yield As an investment and financing vehicle, Sukuk plays a significant role in Indonesia, which are predominantly Muslim, to address the demand for sharia-based investment and financing instruments. However, the gap between Sukuk and Bonds is still very large, as the development of Sukuk is far less than that of Bonds. This causes investors and issuers to examine the viability of their Sukuk investments, particularly in terms of the risks they undertake and the amount of return they receive. This study aims to assess the impact of financial parameters on the yield of Corporate Sukuk, with rating serving as a moderating variable. This study makes use of quantitative secondary data. The sample consists of enterprises with outstanding Sukuk from 2015 to 2020. The findings of this study demonstrate that liquidity, solvency, and profitability have little effect on the yield of Corporate Sukuk before or after rating moderating. Even though the rating has a substantial negative impact on yield, it cannot alter the impact of financial ratios on yield. An Empirical Investigation of Marketing Promotion on Malaysian Muslim Millennials Intentions to Visit Halal Tourism Destination Hanafiah, Ali Ahmad, Fauziah Sh Previously, the Indonesian government targeted a 16.4 % annual growth during 2014 - 2019. However, with only 10.4 % growth in 2015, undoubtedly it requires extra work to meet inbound tourist target. By 2016, inbound data shows Malaysia as the main contributor of Muslim visitor to Indonesia and Mastercard-HalalTrip 2017 report reveals Malaysia as one of the top 10 Muslim Millennial Outbound Markets from OIC countries. It makes Malaysia Muslim millennials as biggest opportunity for Indonesia tourism industry and Millennial traveler already displays as one of the fastest growing consumer segments globally. Hence, this study attempts to investigate behavioral intention of Malaysian Muslim millennials to visit Indonesia’s halal tourism destinantion. By adapting marketing promotion (MP) into TPB framework, attitude (ATT) play a role as mediating variable to assessed intention to visit (ITV). Through a quantitative research methodology, this study will collect questionnaires distributed among 294 Muslim millennials in Malaysia. Smart PLS version 3 software is used to analyze relationship prediction and hypotheses testing. The findings revealed that ATT have a mediation effect between MP and ITV. This indicates that Indonesian’s MP has a significant effect on the decision making of the Malaysian millennials to visit Indonesia as a Halal Tourism Destination. In other words, Indonesian’s MP has successfully convey the image and information of Indonesia as an attractive Halal Tourism Destination. Majority of the women construction workers are facing lots of problems like absence of social security, low wages, gender discrimination, unhygienic conditions at work place etc. Data was collected from 160 women workers from four areas of Tamilnadu (North, East, West, South) city. The data for this study has been collected through primary source. The primary for this study was collected with the help of the questionnaire. The secondary data was collected from the library and websites. The major findings of construction women labor facing many problems they asked government security for their jobs. The Non Performed Financing Effect on Financing and Control Strategy and Handling of Sharia Commercial Banks Halim, Sofyan Buana, Mohamad Torik Langlang Problematic financing or often referred to as Non-Performed Financing is financing that has difficulty paying off, either due to lack of accuracy in the analysis of lending or due to economic conditions that experience instability which results in failure in most economic activities. The research conducted is examining the problematic financing whether it influences the decision-making of financing with various Islamic contracts, namely the mudharabah, musyarakah, Murabaha, salam, istishna, Ijarah, Qard, and Hiwalah agreements and examines the strategies carried out by the Shari'ah Commercial Bank to do handling the problematic financing.The study was conducted with quantitative and descriptive methods, with the results of the study that NPF In Mudharabah, Murabahah, and ijarah contract financing there is a positive relationship between the two variables, so it can be concluded that the increase in NPF does not affect the fund distribution policy with mudharabah agreements, because The contract positively increases, while the NPF for financing with Musyarakah, Istishna and qardh contracts has a negative relationship so it can be concluded that the NPF in financing with the Musharaka contract has a negative effect in the sense that the Shari'ah Commercial Bank in general distributing financing to customers is limited due NPF by paying attention to redline facilities, BUS only provides financing facilities for businesses that contain minimal risks. NPF in general, Sharia Commercial Banks do not really influence policies in financing distribution to customers with various financing agreements. The results of the regression determination analysis show that the percentage effect of NPF on financing distribution policies with mudharabah, musyarakah, Murabaha, Murabaha, istishna, ijarah, and qardh contracts in Islamic Commercial Banks is 33.8%, while the remaining 66.2% is influenced by variables others not formulated in this research model. The Normality Test results show that the NPF and Musyarakah contract financing is normally distributed while the Mudharabah, Murabahah, Istishna, Ijarah and Qardh variables are not normally distributed because the significance is lacking.The Sharia Commercial Bank in dealing with Non-Performed Financing issues generally refers to the MUI Sharia Board Fatwa, Bank Indonesia Regulations, and OJK Regulations, which are with rescheduling, reconditioning, restructuring and  Write Off. Application of the Islamic Market Concept in the Era of the Prophet Zaim Saidi’s Perspective Yayuli, Yayuli Hakim, Lukmanul Isnaini, Anif Nur Jannah, Nisa’ Zahrotul Muamalah Market; Islamic Market; Hisbah Muhtasib; Price Intervention; In the city of Surakarta there is a market that has a different system from the general market. The market is named "Muamalah Market". Established in 2009, this market is slightly different from the market in general because in practice it applies shari'ah elements. Researchers are interested in conducting research related to the mechanism for applying the concept of the Islamic market by using several indicators; Islamic market sunnah, the concept of hisbah, and price regulation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using the interview method to obtain primary data sources, supported by scientific articles related to the Islamic market. Based on the research results, there are three main points that become the focus of the research, namely: the application of Islamic market indicators or sunnah, the concept of Hisbah or market supervision, and prohibition of price intervention. Based on the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that the Surakarta Muamalah Market has implemented the three main research points well. Islamic Market indicators, namely: a market similar to a mosque, no private ownership, no tax and rent fees, no claim/booking of a place, no barriers or shops in the market, have been implemented well in Muamalah Market Surakarta. The Surakarta Muamalah Market Coordinator, apart from being the market chairman, also serves as al-muhtasib or market supervisor. In addition, there is no policy of intervention in the price of goods in the Surakarta Muamalah Market. The price of the goods is set based on the agreement between the buyer and seller. Effect Of Financing In Sharia Business Units On Profitability And Financing Risk Management Halim, Sofyan Financing; ROA; NPF; Mudharabah; Musharaka; Murabaha; Ijarah; Financing is one of the main functions of the operations of sharia banks, including those carried out by the Syari'ah Business Unit. Funds disbursed to the Syari'ah Business Unit are carried out by means of buying and selling, namely Murabaha contracts, greetings, and istisna agreements, then by investing in mudharabah contracts and musyarakah contracts and performing rental services with ijarah contracts. Syarai'ah Banking by carrying out the financing benefits from buying and selling, obtaining profit sharing from investing and obtaining rental opinions from the ijarah contract. Thus, the three types of income will produce and affect the level of profitability depending on the financial services carried out by PerbangkanSyari'ah, including those carried out by the Syari'ah Business Unit. In carrying out the financing there is an element of risk that needs to be managed properly and professionally, so that the risk can be minimized in the sense that the amount of financing that is categorized as non-current does not negatively affect profitability, as well as risk management such as non-perfomed financing with various contracts, can be minimized along with the level of collectibility for the financing that has been channeled. The researcher will also carry out various statistical tests in this study so that in this study the results of the conclusions are positive and can be useful for anyone who has an interest in this research. The study was conducted with a quantitative method, with the conclusion that there was a positive relationship between financing with murabaha, mudharabah, musyarakah and ijarah contracts towards profitability and in general also negatively affected the NPF with the understanding that even though there was an increase in financing distribution with contracts, however, risk control over the possibility of NPF occurring can be overcome except for financing with Murabaha contracts.This research is expected to be useful for stakeholders related to this research and for future researchers to be able to improve further research. Non Performing Financing, Efficiency, Fraud, and Good Corporate Governance influence on Profitability in Sharia Banks Chairunisa, Mariyam NPF, BOPO, Fraud, GCG, and Profitability This study aims to examine impact of Non Performing Financing, Efficiency (BOPO), Fraud and  Good Corporate Governance Influence on Profitability on sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. The independent variables used in this study are first, Non-Performing Financing, Secondly, Efficiency (BOPO), third, Fraud, fourth, the Sharia Supervisory Board and fifth, Audit Committee. While the dependent variable of this study is Profitability. The research method uses secondary data in the form of annual reports and good corporate governance reports of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The results showed a significant influence between BOPO and Audit Commitee on Profitability and insignificant influence between NPF, Fraud and the Sharia Supervisory Board on Profitability. Discourses of Islamic Performance Ratio Based on Tawhid String Relationship Nugroho, Lucky Mariyanti, Tatik Islamic Bank; Tawhid String Relationship; Islamic Performance Ratio This conceptual review aims to analyze the performance measurement of Islamic banks based on sharia principles using the Tawhid String Relationship (TSR) concept. The method used is descriptive and qualitative, where the data sources from previous studies in the form of journals and books related to the research topic. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this conceptual review consists of research questions as follows: (i) How should the performance of Islamic banks be based on the perspective of the Tawhid String Relationship (TSR)?; (ii) How is the implementation of the TSR concept on the performance of Islamic banks?; (iii) What is the role of the government in supporting to achieve of excellence Islamic bank performance?. The study results are that Islamic banks based on TSR have four crucial pillars: spiritual aspects, financial aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects. Furthermore, based on this, the performance measurement of Islamic banks needs to be equipped with an Islamic Performance Ratio (IPR). Further,  the government also has a significant role in improving the performance achievemnet of Islamic banks through policies that support increasing market share, such as converting state-owned conventional banks into Islamic banks. Influence Good Governance on the Quality of Financial Statements with SIMDA as Variables Moderating Government in Pati Regency Wijayanti, Wijayanti Warno, Warno P, Ari Kristin Good Governance; SIMDA; Quality of Financial Statements This study aims to determine how much influence the good governance has on the quality of financial statements and to find out how much SIMDA in moderating the effect of good governance on the quality of financial statements. Quality financial statements will narrow down actions to commit corruption or other fraud. Every year the financial statements will be audited by the Supreme Audit Board and the issuance of opinions on the financial statements that have been audited. The method used in this study is quantitative with primary data from questionnaires. The sample used is probability sampling. The results of the study obtained that good governance has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements. This is evidenced from the significance of 0,000 <0, 05 and tcount> ttable (5.475> 1.679). Whereas SIMDA can "strengthen" the effect of good governance on the quality of financial statements. These results are proven from the interaction test graph which illustrates if SIMDA becomes a moderating variable the effect of good governance on the quality of financial statements. Determinants of the Accuracy of Islamic Banking Financial Reporting in Indonesia (Empirical Study on Indonesian Islamic Banking Listed on the IDX in 2018-2020) Putra, Muhammad Apriansyah Yusmaniarti, Yusmaniarti Setiorini, Hesti Profitability; Liquidity; Leverage; Company Size; Timeliness of Financial Reporting Timeliness of financial reporting can affect the value of benefits for users of financial statements. The delay in financial reporting is a bad image in the seen of investors and other external parties. This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size on the timeliness of financial reporting. The sample of this study was taken by using the total sampling method. The sample is the financial statements of Islamic banks from the last 3 years consisting of 15 Islamic banking companies with 45 research data (3 years x 15 sample companies). The data collection techniques used documentation and literature studies taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id as secondary data The technique of analyzing the data used descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage have no effect on the timeliness of the company's financial reporting. This can be seen from the P values Profitability: 0.900, Liquidity 0.338, Leverage 0.192 which greater than the significance level of 0.05, and the size of the company has an effect on the timeliness of the company's financial reporting. This can be seen from the P values which is smaller than the limit of significance value of 0.000 0.05 Hence, simultaneously profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size affect the timeliness of financial reporting. Students Perceptions of Service Quality and Promotion of Interest in Using Wadiah Contract in Islamic Banks Amelia, Ellisa Nur Rahmi, Mira Sari, Lili Puspita Wadiah Contract; Service Quality; Student Perception; Promotion. Users of wadiah savings accounts are more desirable in Islamic banks, this can be seen from the amount of wadiah savings in the financing data and third party funds of Islamic commercial banks in Islamic Banking Statistics 2020. The increase in users of wadiah savings accounts occupies 1.2% compared to mudharabah savings. The purpose of this study was to determine student perceptions of service quality and promotion of interest in using wadiah contracts in Islamic banks. This analysis uses service quality and promotion as independent variables. The dependent variable is interest. The sample of this research is students who have savings at Bank Syariah Mandri, Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. Collecting data using a questionnaire that was distributed directly as many as 100 questionnaires. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on interest, while promotion has a positive but not significant effect on interest. For service quality and promotion together have a significant positive effect on interest. The results of this study in the future contribute to the increase in Islamic bank customers through the use of wadiah contracts by improving the quality of services they have and increasing the promotions created. A total of 65 consumer goods industry sector companies used as a sample. The method of analysis of this study used multiple regression. The result of this study indicates that corporate social responsibility and institutional ownership have an effect on firm value. While managerial ownership has no effect on firm value.
