Desain Sistem Kontrol Level Deaerator Menggunakan Kontrol Cascade dan Logika Fuzzy di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Muara Karang

Deaerator storage tank merupakan salah satu komponen yang terdapat pada Pusat Listrik Tenaga Uap atau bisa disingkat PLTU. Deaerator merupakan bagian dari sistem air pengisi boiler. Dearator memiliki fungsi utama untuk menghilangkan gas (terutama okisgen) sebelum memasuki boiler agar peralatan pembangkit terutama tube – tube pada boiler terhidar dari korosi. Sistem kerja deaerator bekerja secara kontinyu, sehigga level air deaerator harus tetap dijaga untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan boiler. Perlu diterapkan pengendalian level air deaerator dan kestabilan sistem deaerator menggunakan metode fuzzy control. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan fuzzy logic control menunjukan respon dapat mencapai nialai set point dan dapat menjaga kestabilan. Dengan nilai parameter sebagai berikut settling time (ts) sebesar 302.337 detik, rise time (tr) sebesar 145.907 detik, error steady state (ess) sebesar 0.4 % dan maximum overshoot sebesar 1.329%.Downloads
