Rancang Bangun Alat Transportasi Vertikal Menggunakan Atmega328

Abstrak—Semakin dibutuhkannya transportasi vertikal dengan biaya terjangkau tetapi tetap memenuhi standar keselamatan, diperlukan banyak inovasi yang sesuai dengan teknologi saat ini yaitu salah satunya menggunakan mikrokontroler sebagai kontrol basis utama mengoperasikan beberapa system kerja alat transportasi vertikal, salah satunya dirancang prototype lift dengan media yang relatife kecil dan mudah didapatkan yaitu Arduino. Alat transportasi vertikal dirancang menggunakan sebuah mikrokontroler berbasis arduino sebagai kontrol operasi utama lift, motor gearbox sebagai pengungkit pergerakan arah timing belt antara bandul dan sangkar lift, akrilik dipilih sebagai bahan prototype lantai, longdrat sebagai tiang pancang utama, kanal U berbahan akrilik juga dipilih sebagai rail untuk membatasi pergerakan sangkar dan bandul supaya tetap pada jalurnya, push button spst dipilih sebagai tombol pemanggil sangkar lift, pengarah tujuan lift dan emergency stop sangkar lift ketika terjadi masalah pada system, lampu led sebagai indicator arah tujuan sangkar lift dan posisi sangkar lift, batangan tembaga sebagai media level lantai. Penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan prototype dari sebuah lift dan sesuai dengan cara kerja lift dikehidupan nyata. Waktu tempuh satu lantai 12 detik dengan tinggi lantai 20 cm maka kecepatan dirumuskan (jarak tempuh antar lantai)/(waktu tempuh)=(20 cm)/(12 detik) = 1.6666667cm/det.
