ALAT PENYANGGA TENGAH OTOMATIS PADA SEPEDA MOTOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM HIDROLIK

Alat penyangga tengah otomatis pada sepeda motor ini merupakan alat yang beroperasi dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hidrolik dimana sistem hidrolik dapat menghasilkan tekanan yang besar dengan ukuran komponen yang relatif kecil. Pengoperasian alat ini cukup hanya dengan menggerakan switch control yang telah dipasangkan. Pembuatan alat penyangga tengah otomatis ini dilakukan untuk mencoba membuat suatu inovasi baru pada sepeda motor yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan penggunaannya dan praktis. Metode pembuatan alat ini menggunakan metode Pahl dan Beitz yang merupakan metode yang sering digunakan dalam merancang suatu produk. Penggunaan metode tersebut membantu perancang berpikir secara sistematis dalam mengolah suatu ide yang dikembangkan menjadi konsep dan akhirnya pada perwujudan konsep. Hasil pembuatan alat ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibuat telah mampu beroperasi dan mampu mengangkat beban sepeda motor dan 2 orang penumpang pada kondisi putaran mesin 7000 rpm, pada kondisi putaran mesin tersebut daya mesin yang dapat dihasilkan 0,058 kW, tekanan yang dapat dihasilkan pompa hidrolik sebesar 17 kgf/cm2 dan kapasitas output pompa 2,057 l/menit. Analisa terhadap alat ini telah dilakukan dan dihasilkan: kecepatan operasi silinder 0,026 m/s, Head Pompa 20,59 m dan daya pompa 0,215 kW. Masih banyak kekurangan-kekurangan pada alat ini salah satunya adalah biaya yang relatif mahal dalam pembuatannya.Downloads
