PERANCANGAN DAN SIMULASI STRUKTUR RANGKA OVERHAUL STAND UNTUK PENGGUNAAN ASSEMBLY DAN DIASSEMBLY HYDRAULIC CYLINDER MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE SOLIDWORK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur dari Overhaul Stand yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk menopang hydraulic cylinder dalam proses pemeriksaan dan perbaikan. Dalam hydraulic cylinder terdapat piston yang terhubung dengan rod yang dapat bergerak maju dan mundur, bergantung pada sisi mana yang diisi oleh fluida hidrolik bertekanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini meliputi pengumpulan data, membuat model pada perangkat lunak, kemudian menganalisis struktur menggunakan metode simulasi Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Hasil simulasi FEA mendapatkan nilai tegangan dan faktor keamanan pada Overhaul Stand yang mengalami pembebanan dari hydraulic cylinder. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, pengujian dengan menggunakan material JIS 3101 SS 400, struktur Overhaul Stand berada dalam batas aman.
