ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI CDI TERHADAP PERFORMA DAN KONSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR HONDA VARIO 110cc

Pada tulisan ini penulis melakukan penelitian baik secara pengujian maupun secara teori, disini dilakukan pengujian terhadap sepeda motor Honda Vario 110 cc menggunakan CDI yang berbeda yaitu yang pertama menggunakan CDI standar, yang kedua menggunakan CDI dual band (clik 1) dan yang ketiga menggunakan CDI dual band (clik 2), pengujian ini dilakukan di bengkel ultraspeed racing dengan mengunakan Dynojet untuk mendapatkan hasil torsi dan daya, kemudian untuk konsumsi bahan bakar dilakukan pengujian dengan cara menghitung waktu lama motor menghabiskan bahan bakar sebanyak 100 ml dengan menggunakan ketiga CDI tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan cara pengujian performa mesin diketahui bahwa dengan menggunakan CDI standar torsi tertinggi yang dapat dihasilkan 7,517 N.m di rpm 6000, daya tertinggi yang dapat dihasilkan CDI standar 5,712 kW di rpm 8000, sedangkan menggunakan CDI dual band (clik 1) torsi tertinggi yang dihasilkan 7,558 N.m pada rpm 6000, daya tertinggi yang dihasilkan CDI dual band (clik 1) 5,81 kW pada rpm 8500 dan dengan mengunakan CDI dual band (clik 2) torsi tertinggi yang dihasilkan 7,511 N.m pada rpm 6500 sedangkan daya tertinggi yang dihasilkan 5,835 kW di rpm 8500 dan untuk pengujian konsumsi bahan bakar pengunaan CDI standar lebih irit dibandingkan pengunaan CDI dual band (clik 1) dan CDI dual band (clik 2).Downloads
