ANALISIS KERUSAKAN MESIN 3516 B PADA TRUK 793 C BERDASARKAN OLI MENGGUNAKAN DATA KEAUSAN UJI LABORATORIUM SCHEDULE OIL SAMPLING (SOS) DENGAN METODE FAILURE MODE EFFECT ANALYSIS (FMEA)

Kerusakan engine sulit untuk diprediksi apalagi terkait dengan umur dari komponen mesin. Analisis kerusakan pada engine dapat dilakukan berdasarkan oli dilihat dari tren tingkat keausan, memprediksi kemungkinan komponen yang mengalami kerusakan pada engine. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kombinasi analisis oli agar dapat menentukan komponen yang mengalami kerusakan dan menentukan umur komponen berdasarkan tren nilai elemennya dengan Component Meter Unit (CMU) serta mengimplementasikan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mendukung analisis dengan melihat nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN). Hasil dari analisis ini yaitu didapat adanya keausan yang sedikit di atas normal pada elemen Cu dan Pb di mana pada sampel terakhir nilai Cu 3 dan Pb 5 dengan satuan Particle Per Meter (PPM). Dihasilkan pula prediksi CMU sebelum melewati ambang batas dari wear limit berdasarkan nilai tiap elemen. Fe pada 17931 jam, Cu pada 25963 jam, Pb pada 14417 jam dan Al pada 16927 jam. Keausan ditandai dari analisis FMEA terdapat 3 dengan RPN tertinggi yaitu cutting filter result dengan RPN 280, noise dengan RPN 175 dan scratch dengan RPN 160. Dari elemen Cu dan Pb tersebut dapat ditentukan komponen yang menjadi sumber kerusakan yaitu rocker arm bushing, wrist pin bushing, governor drive and bushings, timing gear thrust bearing, turbocharger bearing, camshaft lifter roller pin, air compressor bearing, rear cluster gear bearing serta main dan rod bearing. Dari penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan data penelitian yang baru yaitu apabila ada penambahan beberapa parameter lain seperti nilai viskositas oli, kandungan TAN dan TBN oli serta kondisi oli lainnya.Downloads
