PANEN ENERGI MENGGUNAKAN PIEZOELEKTRIK SISTEM KANTILEVER DENGAN PENAMBAHAN BLUFF BODY

Pemanen energi adalah alat untuk mengumpulkan energi dari energi mekanis dan dikonversikan menjadi energi listrik. Piezoelektrik adalah alat pemanen energi yang bersumber dari getaran dan diubah menjadi tegangan listrik. Sistem kantilever menghasilkan getaran dan defleksi secara berulang. Penelitian pemanfaatan olakan udara (vortex) sebagai penghasil getaran pada piezoelektrik telah dilakukan pada saluran udara tertutup. Namun studi peningkatan getaran dengan adanya penambahan bluff body pada piezoelektrik sistem kantilever belum banyak dilakukan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengukur tegangan listrik yang dihasilkan piezoelektrik dengan variasi penampang bluff body adalah segi empat, segi enam, segi delapan dan lingkaran. Penelitian dilakukan dalam terowongan angin mini dengan kecepatan angin konstan 2 m/s selama 300 detik dan bluff body dipasang pada jarak 100 mm dari piezoelektrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bluff body dengan penampang segi enam menghasilkan tegangan rata-rata tertinggi sebesar 0.037 mV. Terjadinya perubahan arah dan kecepatan angin sesudah melewati bluff body penampang segi enam menimbulkan olakan angin yang relatif lebih tinggi daripada bluff body lainnya. Hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya getaran lebih tinggi pada bluff body penampang segi enam.Downloads
