Desain Perancangan Mesin Distributor Grease dengan Metode VDI 2221

Grease merupakan fluida yang berfungsi untuk melindungi beberapa komponen mesin yang bekerja, sehingga pelumas tersebut dapat memberikan efek positif bagi alat dan mesin. Sejalan dengan berkembangnya teknologi Banyak tipe grease yang sudah dibuat salah satunya adalah grease 97 yang digunakan di PT. xyz. Saat ini, alat untuk memindahkan grease dari tempat awal ke botol flux dispenser masih manual kedalam botol flux satu-persatu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat yang mana di desain untuk melakukan proses pengisian atau distribusi grease kedalam beberapa botol flux sekaligus dalam sekali pengisian. Pada dasarnya, proses yang dilakukan oleh mesin ini adalah proses pengadukan grease didalam tanki, kemudian proses distribusi hasil adukan ke dalam manifold grease dan diteruskan ke wadah akhir yaitu botol flux. Untuk mempermudah pengisian dari manifold ke dalam botol flux digunakan selenoid dan timer untuk mempermudah dalam batas pengisian. Variasi alternatif konsep serta tahapan proses dibuat kemudian dinilai berdasarkan beberapa faktor sehingga didapat konsep terpilih pada proses perancangan berdasarkan metode VDI 2221. Dari proses perancangan tersebut dihasilkan konsep rancangan kombinasi desain dengan dimensi 500mm x 720mm x 1370mm.
