REKAYASA BAHAN CAMPURAN BETON DAN INSTALASI PENGOLAHAN AIR UNTUK PENUNJANG PRODUKSI DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN LIMBAH IPAL DI PT X

Green manufacturing adalah konsep sistem produksi berkelanjutan dalam menghasilkan sebuah produk, dengan meminimalkan limbah dan polusi di dalam prosesnya. Salah satu penilaian kinerja green manufacturing adalah program PROPER yaitu program peringkat kinerja perusahaan oleh kementrian lingkungan hidup. PT X adalah pabrik yang memproduksi brankas atau lemari besi dan filing cabinet tahan api. Limbah yang diolah di Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah berasal dari proses painting baik dari bahan kimia proses pembersihan pengkondisian metal sebelum dicat, maupun dari material cat itu sendiri. Limbah juga datang dari sisa campuran beton yang merupakan bahan utama sebagai pengisi lemari besi. Proses pengolahan limbah menggunakan metoda fisik dan kimia agar buangan limbah memenuhi baku mutu Kawasan Industri MM2100 Bekasi. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk merekayasa campuran beton dengan memanfaatkan limbah sludge dan rekayasa instalasi air untuk memanfaatkan air limbah menjadi air penunjang proses produksi. Kajian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder, pengamatan langsung ke lapangan, pengambilan dan pengujian sampel. Pembuatan sampel kubus beton dilakukan untuk subtitusi sludge 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20% masing-masing 3 sample untuk Uji Tekan 7 hari dan 3 sample untuk Uji Tekan 28 hari. Dari hasil pengujian di ketahui nilai kuat tekan subtitusi 10 % sebesar 310 (kN), lebih besar dari nilai minimum yaitu 300 (kN) sehingga bisa di gunakan sebagai campuran beton produk. Subtitusi 5% sampai dengan 20% bisa digunakan untuk ruko 5 lantai s/d jalan tol atau jalan negara.Downloads
