ANALISA PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS UNTUK MENGURANGI PRODUK CACAT SPEEDOMETER MOBIL DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE QCC DI PT INS
Abstract
PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki (PT INS) adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif, khususnya komponen elektrik kendaraan sepeda motor dan mobil. Jenis produk yang dihasilkan yaitu Speedometer, Fuel unit, dan Sensor speed. Demi menjaga kepercayaan konsumen untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas, perusahaan telah menerapkan manajemen mutu yang baik dan sesuai dengan pedoman standar mutu yang berlaku. Dalam kegiatan produksinya, perusahaan selalu berupaya agar menghasilkan produk yang baik dan menekan kerusakan produk, akan tetapi, kenyataan dilapangan banyak ditemukan produk yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas menggunakan alat bantu Quality Control Circle (QCC) bermanfaat dalam upaya mengendalikan tingkat kerusakan produk di perusahaan. Permasalahan yang ada diselesaikan menggunakan peta kendali p, diagram pareto, dan seven tool. NG kotor debu memilki kontribusi terbesar dalam cacat produk yang terjadi pada speedometer mobil type 2MD (honda mobilio). Beberapa faktor penyebab NG kotor debu yaitu faktor mesin, metode, lingkungan dan manusia. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan terhadap faktor-faktor penyebab masalah, NG kotor debu berhasil berkurang dari 0.78 % menjadi 0.11% . Dengan demikian aktivitas QCC yang dilakukan berhasil menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi pada proses produksi speedometer mobil type 2MD Honda Mobilio.
