ANALISA PENGARUH PERSYARATAN TEKNIS DAN PERSYARATAN MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KESIAPAN PENERAPAN ISO/IEC 17025 DI PT SANTOSO TEKNINDO

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terkendalanya PT Santoso Teknindo untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi ISO/IEC 17025 dari KAN (Komite Akreditasi Nasional) yang diharapkan sejak lama dan kendala-kendala tersebut dapat dianalisa dari kesiapan PT Santoso Teknindo yang dilihat dalam menjalankan persyaratan-persyaratan ISO/IEC 17025. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dimensi dalam persyaratan-persyaratan ISO/IEC 17025 yaitu persyaratan teknis dan persyaratan manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan penerapan ISO/IEC 17025 di PT Santoso Teknindo dan menganalisis faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kesiapan penerapan ISO/IEC 17025 di PT Santoso Teknindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang pekerjaannya berhubungan dengan laboratorium kalibrasi PT Santoso Teknindo. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 15 responden dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simple rondom sampling) dan pengolahan data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil analisa data indeks tanggapan responden mengenai persyaratan teknis mendapatkan hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar karyawan  memberikan tanggapan mengenai indikator-indikator persyaratan teknis cukup baik terhadap kesiapan penerapan ISO/IEC 17025  sebesar  7,46 yang tergolong katagori “Sedang“, indeks tanggapan responden mengenai persyaratan manajemen sebesar  6,11 tergolong katagori “rendah”, dan indeks tanggapan responden mengenai persiapan penerapan ISO/IEC 17025 menunjukkan nilai indeks kategori “Sedang” sebesar 7,64.

Urutan secara individu dari masing-masing variabel yang paling berpengaruh adalah variabel persyaratan manajemen dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,994 sedangkan variabel yang berpengaruh paling rendah adalah persyaratan teknis dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0,002. Koefisien determinasi yang terlihat pada Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,987 yang berarti bahwa kesiapan penerapan ISO/IEC 17025  pengaruhnya dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu persyaratan teknis dan persyaratan manajemen sebesar 98,7% dan sisanya yaitu 2,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitianini.
