PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN KONFLIK PERAN TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DI PT. MALUGO INDONESIA
Abstract
Tingginya tingkat turnover intention pada sebuah perusahaan, akan menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti hal nya peningkatan biaya sumber daya manusia berupa biaya pelatihan yang sudah diinvestasikan pada karyawan sampai biaya rekruitmen dan pelatihan kembali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komtimen organisasi dan konflik peran terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Malugo Indonesia serta untuk mengetahui fungsi variabel bebas mana yang paling dominan mempengaruhi turnover intention. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif, sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Malugo Indonesia dari semua divisi yang berjumlah 68 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu mengambil semua populasi dan dijadikan sampel. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi lapangan dan pustaka yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Untuk menentukan besarnya hubungan dan pengaruh suatu variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat digunakan Model Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesisnya menggunakan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian pengolahan data dengan software SPSS v. 20 didapatkan Koefisien Korelasi Multiple (R) bernilai 0,541 dengan α > 0,05 dan hasil nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 29,3% Artinya sekitar 29,3% komitmen organisasi dan konflik peran berpengaruh terhadaap turnover intention di PT. Malugo Indonesia. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen organisasi dan konflik peran berpengaruh besar terhadap turnover intention sebesar 29,3%, dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.
