Perancangan System Recruitment Test menggunakan Algoritma Decision Tree dengan Metode Profile Matching

Abstract


System Recruitment Test aims to assist and facilitate the HR Department in processing prospective employee candidates to be able to join the company according to the criteria required by users in each department. In designing this system using several tools, namely Xampp as an apache mysql database, Vscode as a text editor, while the design uses the PHP programming language which is more dominant with the Laravel framework on the Back-End and Bootstrap on the Front-End. This system also applies the Decision Tree Algorithm as the basis for candidate recommendation features and the Profile Matching method as a selection approach to get candidates according to the criteria. The result of this design is a System Recruitment Test which is useful for getting candidates according to the wishes of the user and simplifies many things in the recruitment process on the HR Department side with CRUD (create, read, update, delete) candidate data and the selection process for working on test questions online with the potential results candidate for the jobdesk that the company is looking for it.
