Abstract


Keberlanjutan (sustainability) menjadi perhatian dunia beberapa tahun terakhir ini, dilandasi semakin timbulnya kesadaran akan dampak terhadap lingkungan yang diakibatkan aktifitas manusia. Peran individu dalam pengembangan keberlanjutan suatu organisasi sangat penting, sehingga perlu adanya studi untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pro-lingkungan dari anggota organisasi. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kerangka kerja konseptual yang menggambarkan hubungan variabel-variabel Green Transformational Leadership, Komitmen Organisasi dan Motivasi Otonom terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour for The Environment (OCBE)
