Analisis Pengaruh Green Commitment, Green Transformational Leadership dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Employee Green Behavior: Pendekatan Konsep

Abstract


Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh dunia terkait keberlangsungan hidup yang memperhatikan kesadaran lingkungan semakin memprihatinkan dan harus segera dilakukan upaya penyelesaiannya. Rusaknya lingkungan apabila tidak segera diatasi, akan membuat kelangsungan hidup manusia mengkhawatirkan. Penulisan ini bertujuan agar terdapat pemahaman mengenai kerangka berfikir yang menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel Green Commitment, Green Transformational Leadership, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Employee Green Behavior. Penulisan ini mempresentasikan teori Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), khususnya Green Commitment, Perilaku Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, dan Attitude. Pengamatan ini berfokus pada hubungan variabel Green Commitment, Green Transformational Leadership, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Employee Green Behavior yang diharapkan dapat memperkaya literasi penelitian sejenis di masa mendatang.
