Pengaruh DIsiplin Kerja, Manajemen Stres, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Job Stress, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors. The population in this study were employees at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors located in Cipondoh Tangerang with a total of 40 employees. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 40 respondents. This study uses the Smart PLS data analysis technique. Based on the statistical tests conducted, it can be concluded that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Management Stress has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Mitsubishi Srikandi Diamond Motors.
