Abstract


This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Employee Job Satisfaction. The population in this study were 40 employees of PT. North Jaya Utama. The sample used is the entire population, which is 40 employees. Sampling method using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solutions version 26. This study proves that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction.
