Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, compensation, work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Citra Makmur Sejahtera, the respondents used were 138 employees out of a total population of 210 employees. Data were processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 24.00. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. have a positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study also showed a strong correlation between the participatory dimensions of leadership variables with the dimensions of work quality on employee performance variables, then between the dimensions of direct payment of money to the compensation variable with timeliness dimensions on employee performance variables also strong correlation, then There is a strong correlation between the dimensions of physiological needs in the variable work motivation and the dimensions of work quality on employee performance variables.
