Abstract


The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload, incentives, and
career planning on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Jakarta Holding Office. The data used in this study are primary data, internal data, and secondary data. This study uses a quantitative approach with causal research design. The population is 67, where the total population meets the criteria as a sample. Research data relating to variables of workload, incentives, career planning, and employee performance using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Research results show that: (1) workload has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance; (2) incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) career planning has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) workload, incentives, and career planning together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
