HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI KARYAWAN DENGAN INTEGRASI PADA PT. LEGRAND INDONESIA, JAKARTA

Abstract


The  study  is  entitled   "Employee  Motivation  Relationships   with  Integration  on  PT.  LEGRAND INDONESIA, Jakarta  ". Formulation  ofthe problem  that the authors take the point that the authors make is How Employee Motivation Relationships  with integration at PT. LEGRAND INDONESIA, Jakarta.

This study  discusses  how  the  relationship  with  the  integration  of employee  motivation   in  the company.   The  data  obtained   through  the  survey  by  distributing   questionnaires   to  employees  of PT. LEGRAND INDONESIA, Jakarta.  The study design will be usedfor the co relational research study was to determine  the  relationship  of closeness  between  a  variable  to  another  variable.  In  this  case  is used  to determine   how  close  the  relationship   between  employee  motivation   with  the  integration   of the  PT. LEGRAND INDONESIA, Jakarta.

Hypothesis  testing results show that there is a significant relationship between employee motivation

with integration. Forfurther research is recommended to expand the scope ofthe
