Perancangan Aplikasi Penilaian Kinerja CTB di PT. Telkom Medan dengan Metode TOPSIS

Sistem penilaian kinerja karyawan merupakan hal yang wajib dilaksanakan pada sebuah badan instansi, organisasi maupun perusahaan untuk dapat mengevaluasi perkembangan perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan meliputi ketentuan-ketentuan dan kriteria–kriteria yang ditentukan oleh sebuah perusahaan. Penilaian kinerja karyawan juga merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan guna mengetahui dan memahami kinerja dari karyawan-karyawan yang ada pada sebuah perusahaan. Metode TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) adalah metode dengan beberapa kriteria yang sederhana dan bersifat efisien untuk mengidentifikasi solusi dari himpunan beberapa alternatif. Metode TOPSIS ini pertama kali digagas oleh Hwang dan Yoon. Penulis merancang sistem aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan CTB (Caring Teritory Base). CTB sendiri merupakan tenaga outsourcing pada unit Payment Collection di PT. Telkom Witel Medan yang bertugas untuk melakukan penagihan dengan cara visiting langsung ke pelanggan yang memiliki tunggakan tagihan internet Indihome-nya. Penerapan metode TOPSIS ini adalah untuk memudahkan unit Payment Collection dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja karyawan CTB dengan tujuan agar dapat mengevaluasi CTB dalam bekerja dan memberi pelayanan yang terbaik dan berkualitas.
