Implementasi User Centered Design pada Sistem Informasi Bimbingan Konseling Berbasis Web untuk Peningkatan Layanan di Sekolah Dasar

Pengelolaan data Bimbingan Konseling (BK) di tingkat Sekolah Dasar seringkali terkendala oleh proses manual yang menyebabkan redudansi data dan minimnya transparansi informasi kepada wali murid. Penelitian terdahulu umumnya berfokus pada sistem akademik umum atau BK di tingkat menengah, sehingga terdapat kesenjangan dalam pengembangan sistem BK yang terintegrasi khusus untuk lingkungan SD dengan pelibatan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi BK berbasis web menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) yang mengacu pada standard ISO 9241-210. Metode ini dipilih untuk menempatkan kebutuhan pengguna (Admin, Guru, dan Orang Tua) sebagai pusat perancangan antarmuka guna memastikan kemudahan penggunaan (usability). Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework PHP/Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Pengujian dilakukan melalui Black-Box Testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) terhadap 3 guru dan 5 wali murid. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur fungsional berjalan valid (100%). Hasil UAT mendapatkan skor rata-rata 4.5 (Sangat Baik). Hasil ini sejalan dengan penelitian Hartono et al. yang menyatakan bahwa media berbasis web mampu meningkatkan efektivitas layanan konseling secara signifikan. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah model sistem BK kolaboratif yang menjembatani komunikasi sekolah dan orang tua secara real-time.
