Perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi berdampak pada berbagai sektor, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Namun, banyak sekolah, terutama di tingkat Madrasah Aliyah, masih mengelola administrasi secara manual, sehingga kurang efisien dalam mengelola data dan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi administrasi berbasis website di MA Miftahul Ulum guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam mengelola data akademik dan non-akademik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Extreme Programming (XP), yang melibatkan tahap perencanaan, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian secara berulang. Extreme Programming dipilih karena mampu menghasilkan sistem yang fleksibel dan mudah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dirancang berhasil meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi dalam mengelola data administrasi siswa, guru, dan sekolah. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memudahkan akses informasi bagi sekolah, sehingga proses administrasi menjadi lebih terstruktur dan transparan. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi sekolah dalam mengatasi kendala pengelolaan data serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan.
