Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Masjid Berbasis Web dalam Mendukung Efektivitas Penjadwalan Kegiatan dan Pengelolaan Keuangan

Pengelolaan administrasi masjid yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional menyebabkan berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan transparansi informasi keuangan, kurang optimalnya pengelolaan kegiatan, serta lambatnya penyampaian informasi kepada jamaah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi “Masjid Kita” berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan pengelolaan keuangan dan penjadwalan kegiatan masjid guna mendukung peningkatan efektivitas tata kelola administrasi masjid. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang terdiri atas tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 4 dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengelola data kas masjid, donasi anak yatim, jadwal khutbah Jumat, serta pendataan kelompok kurban secara terkomputerisasi. Sistem juga menyediakan akses informasi kegiatan dan laporan keuangan secara lebih mudah bagi pengurus maupun jamaah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan fungsi dan kebutuhan yang telah dirancang. Implementasi Sistem Informasi “Masjid Kita” memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung digitalisasi administrasi masjid melalui peningkatan efisiensi pengelolaan data, transparansi informasi keuangan, dan kemudahan akses informasi bagi jamaah.
