Analisis Peran Soft Skills dalam Mengintegrasikan Kecerdasan Buatan pada Model Bisnis Technopreneur Muda

Di era ekonomi digital yang dinamis, keberhasilan technopreneur muda tidak lagi hanya bergantung pada penguasaan teknologi, melainkan pada sinergi dengan soft skills yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh soft skills terhadap kinerja technopreneur muda, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar yang disruptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur (library research) terhadap berbagai jurnal nasional dan internasional bereputasi dalam rentang waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa soft skills seperti kepemimpinan transformasional, komunikasi persuasif, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis berkorelasi positif terhadap efektivitas manajerial dan inovasi bisnis. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa soft skills berperan sebagai katalisator dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi canggih, seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Big Data, ke dalam model bisnis untuk menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, penguasaan soft skills merupakan determinan utama bagi technopreneur muda untuk menavigasi kompleksitas etika dan operasional di era otomatisasi. Keberhasilan integrasi ini menuntut keterlibatan aktif institusi pendidikan dalam menyediakan jalur pembelajaran yang dipersonalisasi dan inklusif. Selain itu, penguatan kolaborasi antara inkubator bisnis dan ekosistem industri menjadi langkah strategis. Integrasi kerangka kerja etika ke dalam kurikulum menjadi krusial untuk menavigasi dilema moral akibat otomatisasi sistem.
