PERANCANGAN KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP)

Suatu organisasi perusahaan tidak akan luput dari adanya penilaian terhadap karyawannya. Salah satu tujuan penilaian tersebut adalah untuk menentukan karyawan berprestasi. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan yang dihadapi, maka dilakukan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil dari rancangan aplikasi yang dibuat berupa informasi tentang seluruh kriteria yang memengaruhi pemilihan karyawan berprestasi. Setelah mengetahui dan atau menentukan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemilihan karyawan berprestasi.
