Abstract. This research is analyze the differences financial performance between 3 years before the IPO to 3 years after the IPO in PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah with the 2011-2016 period. Analytical techniques used in this research include quantitative, and descriptive analysis method. This study aims to determine: Performance based on PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah before and after going public? And How is the difference in performance of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah? The performance of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah is known based on the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital (RGEC). This research method is a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis. The results of this study are, Performance of PT. Bank Panin Dubai Dubai Syariah before and after going public is in the Healthy category, there are no significant differences for the NPF, FDR variables, and there are significant differences in the LAR, GCG, ROA, NIM, and CAR variables.
