Abstract

Using a instrumnet in different cultural contexts requires an adaptation process for the sake of fair comparison between obtained scores. Individual Work Performance Questionnaires (IWPQ) have been adapted in several languages including Indonesian. This study aims to validate the IWPQ with the Rasch analysis approach. The research instrument used Individual Work Performance Questionnaires which consisted of three aspects, namely task performance, counterproductive performance, and contextual performance. The research respondents consisted of 181 employees in one of the Indonesian ministries with an online data collection process. The results of the analysis show that the IWPQ has a high score in overall interaction between person and item (α= 0.94); person reliability (= 0.89); and item reliability (= 0.96). the value of separation item and person shows a value of 7.76 and 2.83, respectively. It can be concluded that the Indonesian version of the IWPQ has good psychometric properties so that it can be used in research and assessment.
