Industri kecil dan menengah memiliki peranan yang penting yang secara langsung membantu peningkatan perekonomian wilayah sekitar, dan memiliki kontribusi secara signifikan dalam perkonomian nasional. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu kendala serius bagi IKM terutama dalam aspek manajemen, teknik produksi atau inovasi produk. Kurangnya keahlian dalam teknik produksi dan pengembangan produk. Berdampak pada tingkat efisiensi, daya saing (daya jual), produktifitas, dan cost effectiveness. Pengabdian masyarakat kali ini akan difokuskan pada masyarakat Industri Menengah di Kranggan untuk kecamatan Jati Sampurna. Industri menegah ini bergerak di bidang Jasa Pelayanan. Setelah penyuluhan ini, diharapkan mampu meningkatkan hasil dan pelayanan sesuai dengan keinginankonsumen sehingga memiliki daya saing dengan mengunakan proses QFD.
