Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan institusional dan risiko bisnis terhadap struktur keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Populasi yang digunakan pada riset ini ialah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel pada riset ini dilakukan menggunakan data primer berupa laporan keuangan publikasi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia tahun 2019, dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling. Sampel yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 30 perusahaan manufaktur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang sudah go public dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Jakarta, sedangkan resiko bisnis berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang sudah go public dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Jakarta.Downloads
