Dalam hal pengembangan bisnis, diantisipasi bahwa langkah-langkah yang akan diambil untuk mengembangkan metode yang tepat agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang sangat ketat dan menjadi sangat kejam dengan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penentuan filosofi yang tepat akan memberikan ketabahan bagi asosiasi dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Tujuan utama dari investigasi ini adalah untuk memastikan perbedaan proporsional moneter dalam pelaksanaan keuangan merger dan akuisisi bisnis. Sistem perbankan masyarakat Indonesia menjadi ilustrasi dalam investigasi ini. Pada saat akuisisi Asuransi Beringin Sejahtera dan konsolidasi Bank Rakyat Indonesia, pemeriksaan ini menemukan adanya perubahan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan moneter.Downloads

Copyright Transfer Agreement (for Publishing)
The Authors submitting a manuscript do so on the understanding that if accepted for publication, copyright publishing of the article shall be assigned/transferred to Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Sosial (JIES) of Universitas Mercu Buana as Publisher of the journal. Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be asked to complete a 'Copyright Transfer Agreement' (see more information on this). An e-mail will be sent to the corresponding author confirming receipt of the manuscript together with a 'Copyright Transfer Agreement' form by the online version of this agreement.
