PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIER TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus pada Kayawan PT Ideal Fastener Indonesia)

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan pengembnagan karier terhadap
kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan diperusahaan PT Ideal Fastener
Indonesia dengan usaha bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang berlokasi di Tangerang.
Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden.Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah
analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan
bahwa secara parsial, variabel komunikasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variabel
kinerja karyawan. Variabel penegembangan karier mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap
variabel kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis (ujit) menunjukan
nilai signifikasi dari variabel bebas.
