Pangsa pasar nutrition food di Indonesia terus menunjukkan potensi pertumbuhan yang positif. Gizi buruk dan kekurangan gizi, berpengaruh erat pada kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kinerja organisasi salah satu nutrition food company yang unggul ini diharapkan sebanding dengan kinerja karyawannya. Penelitian ini menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.SA. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan pada divisi CRM, Manufakturing dan QA yaitu 250 orang. Metode Sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling, dengan teknik Proportionate Stratified Sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin, maka ditemukan 154 karyawan atau responden sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS versi 21, dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial, serta adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan secara bersama-sama pada kedua variabel terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya Korelasi sangat kuat terjadi antara dimensi transformational leadership style dari variabel gaya kepemimpinan dengan dimensi work quantity dari variabel kinerja karyawan.
