Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. United Can Company. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. United Can Company yang berjumlah 30 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengukuran tanggapan responden terhadap kuesioner dengan menggunakan 5 jenjang skala Likert. Data yang telah terkumpul diuji dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini, bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Unitd Can Company. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Unitd Can Company.Downloads
