Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa apakah terdapat pengaruh aspek kompensasi, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Divisi Pelayanan Pelanggan PT KAI DAOP 1 Jakarta.
Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah apakah aspek kompensasi, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahaui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja PT. KAI DAOP 1 Jakarta
Jumlah populasi adalah karyawan di Divisi Pelayanan Pelanggan PT. KAI DAOP 1 Jakarta sebanmyak 114 orang . Berdasarkan penentuan besarnya sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 115 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan metode nonprobabilitysampling
Metode analisa data menggunakan pendekatan statistik deskriptif dengan melakukan i) Uji Kualitas Data, ii) Uji Koefisien determinasi, iii) Uji Signifikansi simultan ( uji statistik T) dan Uji Hipotesisi. Alat analisis pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah aspek kompensasi, kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Downloads
