Strategi Pengelolaan Limbah Seng Dan Mangan Dari Limbah Baterai Yang Ramah Lingkungan Dengan Metode QSPM

Pengelolaan sampah selalu menjadi permasalahan di banyak negara berkembang, salah satunya adalah di Indonesia. Sampah yang menjadi kendala dan membutuhkan perhatian khusus adalah limbah baterai yang mengandung bahan kimia seperti seng (Zn) atau mangan (Mn) yang biasanya terkubur langsung di dalam tanah karena tidak ada penangan khusus untuk limbah tersebut. Hal ini tentu saja menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan. Permasalahan limbah baterai tidak hanya terletak pada laju pertumbuhannya yang pesat, namun juga pada keberadaan tempat untuk menampung dan mengolahnya, serta menemukan konsep yang dapat diselaraskan dengan kondisi setempat terkait dimensi sosial ekonomi dan budaya sebagai solusinya. pertimbangan agar kebijakan dapat berjalan efektif. Pada penelitian ini, kami menawarkan solusi yang tidak hanya mengurangi permasalahan lingkungan tetapi juga mengembangkan produk teknologi baterai “ramah lingkungan” dengan memanfaatkan limbah baterai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT yang dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pemangku kepentingan di Kelurahan Meruya Selatan yang terkait dengan pengelolaan sampah. Selanjutnya hasil SWOT dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode QSPM (Quantitave Strategy Planning Matrix) untuk menentukan prioritas strategi dari alternatif strategi yang ada. Strategi yang diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan data menggunakan QSPM (Quantitave Strategy Planning Matrix) dengan memberikan skor tertinggi yaitu penyediaan fasilitas oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung kemandirian dan kemandirian masyarakat dengan usaha mikro daur ulang limbah baterai
