Sistem Kontrol Robot Manipulator 5 Axis sebagai Pemindah Barang berbasis Internet of Things

Robot manipulator merupakan sebuah robot lengan yang difungsikan sebagai alat bantu manusia untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Rancang bangun sistem kontrol robot manipulator 5 axis dengan 1 Pencapit sebagai pemindah barang ini dilengkapi sistem kontrol berbasis IoT ke dalam robot manipulator untuk mengatasi permasalahan kerusakan-kerusakan robot pada PT. XYZ. Proyek Akhir ini memanfaatkan teknologi Internet of Things yang digunakan untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mengakses keadaan perangkat keras secara berkala melalui Aplikasi MIT App pada smartphone dengan sambungan internet. Hasil dari pengujian robot dan sistem kontrolnya menunjukan sistem kontrol dapat berfungsi dalam menggerakan robot dan dapat diterapkan di PT. XYZ, dengan nilai ketepatan antara nilai kontrol aplikasi dan firebase mendapatkan rata-rata error untuk pergerakan sudut servo sebesar 0%, dan selisih antara sistem pembacaan firebase dan servo sebesar 0%. Adapun untuk pengiriman data sistem kontrol ke board ESP8266 memilki hasil untuk penggunaan tipe jaringan 3G dengan rentang kecepatan internet yang didapatkan 1,8 Mbps – 2,55 Mbps memiliki rata-rata delay paling tinggi dengan nilai 2,616 detik. Pada jaringan 4G dengan rentang kecepatan internet 35 Mbps - 36.3 Mbps memiliki nilai delay 1,708 detik, dan untuk jaringan LAN yang menggunakan WiFi Indihome dengan rentang kecepatan internet 7,74 Mbps hingga 8,2 Mbps meiliki waktu delay 1,861 detik, Untuk nilai throughput sistem kontrol keseluruhan, sistem kontrol ini menurut kategori TIPHON masuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai indeks 2Downloads
