Rancang Bangun Alat Penyiram Tanaman Otomatis dengan Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Mamdani Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT)

Penelitian ini memliki tujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan suatu alat penyiraman tanaman secara otomatis dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani berbasis Internet of Things (IoT). Dalam penelitian ini jenis tanaman yang dipilih sebagai objek penelitian adalah Anggrek Dendrobium, karena memiliki kebutuhan penyiraman yang khusus. Alat penyiram tanaman otomatis ini dirancang untuk memantau suhu dan kelembaban tanah, serta memberikan penyiraman yang sesuai dengan kondisi tanaman dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor suhu dan sensor kelembaban tanah untuk mengukur kondisi lingkungan di sekitar tanaman. Data yang didapatkan dari sensor ini akan diolah oleh microcontroller NodeMcu yang dilengkapi dengan logika fuzzy Mamdani. Logika fuzzy Mamdani berperan dalam mengambil keputusan mengenai jumlah air yang dibutuhkan untuk menyiram tanaman berdasarkan kondisi suhu dan kelembaban tanah. Alat penyiram tanaman otomatis ini juga terhubung dengan aplikasi Blynk, yang memungkinkan pemilik tanaman untuk memantau kondisi tanaman dari jarak jauh menggunakan smartphone. Logika fuzzy Mamdani memastikan penyesuaian yang dinamis banyak air yang diperlukan untuk melakukan penyiraman tanaman sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam otomatisasi penyiraman tanaman, meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi penggunaan air yang berlebihan, serta memastikan kondisi optimal untuk pertumbuhan tanaman Anggrek Dendrobium. Harapannya, hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu pemilik tanaman Anggrek Dendrobium dalam merawat tanaman dengan lebih efisien dan efektif.
