Analisa Kendali Dan Pemantauan Pintu Perlintasan Kereta Api Berbasis IoT (Internet Of Things) Menggunakan Aplikasi MIT Inventor

Kereta Api merupakan transportasi umum yang banyak digunakan masyarakat di Indonesia karena, dengan Kereta Api masyarakat dapat terhindar dari kemacetan dan juga harganya pun terjangkau. Namun pintu perlintasan Kereta Api di Indonesia memang masih sangat kurang fasiltas di bagian kendali dan pemantauan keamanan perlintasan kereta api sehingga petugas pos yang bekerja mengalami kesulitan untuk memantau keamanan di area perlintasan kereta api. Pada perancangan akan dibuat sebuah alat kendali dan pemantauan secara manual dan berkala yang akan terpantau melalui Android yang terhubung dengan Database Firebase agar dapat membantu petugas pos dan masinis untuk mengupayakan pengurangan angka kecelakaan di pintu perlintasan kereta api. Petugas pos dan masinis hanya cukup memantau pada Smartphone Android yang terkoneksi dengan internet. Dari pengujian dapat disimpulkan purwarupa kendali dan pemantauan pintu perlintasan kereta api berbasis IoT menggunakan Aplikasi MIT Inventor dapat bekerja ketika sensor RFID bergerak dengan kecepatan rata – rata 12,55 cm/detik yang akan mentrigger motor servo serta kendaraan yang mentrigger sensor ultrasonik yang berada di palang pintu perlintasan kereta api dan dapat langsung terhubung dengan mikrokontroler NodeMcu dengan menggunakan aplikasi MIT Inventor yang akan langsung diolah oleh Firebase sebagai realtime database. Pada aplikasi MIT Inventor akan menampilkan situasi palang dan keramaian yang ada di area palang pintu perlintasan. Smartphone dan mikrokontroler akan selalu terhubung dengan internet.
