Sistem Kontrol Dan Monitor Suplai Nutrisi Hidroponik Sistem Deep Flow Technique (DFT) Berbasis Arduino NodeMCU Dan Aplikasi Android

Hidroponik merupakan salah satu metode urban farming, yaitu suatu metode cocok tanam tanpa menggunakan media tanah (soiless) melainkan dengan menggunakan larutan mineral bernutrisi atau bahan lainnya yang mengandung unsur hara seperti sabut kelapa, serat mineral, pasir, pecahan batu bata, serbuk kayu dan lain-lain sebagai pengganti media tanah. Pada penelitian ini membuat sistem penyaluran nutrisi hidroponik dengan menggabungkan antara ilmu agriculture dengan mekatronika. Dengan mekatronika kontrol sistem penyaluran nutrisi hidroponik dapat di kontrol dengan perangkat lain seperti Smartphone yang dapat dilakukan melalui komunikasi wireless seperti Bluetooth, modul Wifi (ESP8266) dan lain-lain. Konsep kontrol secara wireless bisa diterapkan pada pertanian baik pertanian konvensional (media tanah) maupun pertanian hidroponik serta merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem prototipe berdasarkan kebutuhan tanaman hidroponik menggunakan komunikasi dari Arduino NodeMCU. Dari hasil pengujian, persentase kesalahan rata – rata sensor TDS adalah 0,783 % sedangkan persentase kesalahan rata – rata sensor HC SR04 adalah 5,76 %. Sementara untuk pengujian komunikasi data didapatkan waktu delay pengiriman data dari serial monitor ke aplikasi android rata- rata sebesar 2,8 detik. Dengan hasil tersebut maka untuk sistem alat prototipe hidroponik dapat berjalan dengan baik.
