Perancangan BAS Berbasis PLC Outseal dan Haiwell SCADA untuk Monitoring dan Kontrol Fasilitas Gedung

Building Automation System (BAS) merupakan teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengintegrasikan sistem monitoring dan kontrol berbagai fasilitas gedung secara otomatis sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi energi, keamanan, dan kenyamanan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan Building Automation System berbasis PLC Outseal dan SCADA Haiwell untuk mengontrol sistem pencahayaan, distribusi air otomatis, serta monitoring energi listrik pada gedung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak, serta pengujian sistem. PLC Outseal digunakan sebagai pengendali utama sedangkan SCADA Haiwell digunakan sebagai media monitoring dan kontrol secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengontrol pencahayaan pada beberapa area gedung, mengoperasikan pompa air secara otomatis berdasarkan level air tangki, serta melakukan monitoring parameter energi listrik secara terpusat. Hasil pengujian komunikasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan catu daya 24V memberikan performa yang lebih stabil dibandingkan 12V dengan delay komunikasi rata-rata sekitar 1 detik. Sistem yang dirancang berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan fasilitas gedung serta mendukung konsep smart building yang hemat energi dan mudah dikendalikan.
