Analisis Uji Kalibrasi Alat Kejut Jantung Menggunakan Defibrillator Analyzer

Alat kejut jantung merupakan peralatan penunjang hidup kedaruratan yang esensial untuk memulihkan ritme jantung pasien melalui induksi kejut listrik. Mengingat fungsi kritisnya, sekecil apa pun penyimpangan pada energi keluaran maupun durasi waktu pengisian daya dapat berakibat fatal bagi keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kelaikan operasional lima unit alat kejut jantung di sebuah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui serangkaian uji kalibrasi teknis. Pendekatan observasi lapangan secara kuantitatif diterapkan menggunakan instrumen kalibrator Defibrillator Analyzer dan Electrical Safety Analyzer. Parameter yang dievaluasi secara komprehensif mencakup inspeksi kondisi fisik, tingkat kebocoran arus listrik, akurasi keluaran energi pada rentang 5 hingga 300 Joule, persentase kehilangan energi, serta waktu pengisian daya maksimum. Data hasil pengukuran kemudian diolah secara statistik untuk menentukan nilai ketidakpastian bentangan dan dikomparasikan terhadap batas toleransi yang ditetapkan dalam Metode Kerja Pengujian dan Kalibrasi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh sampel lolos pengujian keamanan kelistrikan dengan tingkat kebocoran arus tertinggi tercatat hanya sebesar 28,9 µA, jauh di bawah ambang batas kritis 500 µA. Evaluasi akurasi energi dan persentase kehilangan energi (energy loss rate) menghasilkan deviasi yang secara konsisten berada di dalam rentang toleransi maksimal 15%, dengan penyusutan tertinggi sebesar 8,60%. Selain itu, durasi waktu pengisian daya (charge time) seluruh unit tercatat sangat responsif pada rentang 4,26 hingga 6,48 detik, memenuhi batas aman 15 detik. Nilai ketidakpastian bentangan () tertinggi yang diperoleh hanya sebesar 0,66 J, membuktikan presisi pengukuran yang sangat baik. Kesimpulannya, seluruh unit alat kejut jantung tersebut dinyatakan laik pakai dan terjamin keandalannya untuk mendukung standar keselamatan pasien secara optimal.
