Deteksi Kerusakan Bantalan Gelinding Pada Motor Listrik dengan Analisa Sinyal Getaran.

Penelitian ini dititik beratkan pada Analisa getaran yang terjadi pada bantalan motor listrik tipe single row deep groove ball bearing SKF 6202 RS pada kondisi lingkungan normal dan berdebu. Diagnosis kerusakan bantalan gelinding melalui sinyal getaran yang diperoleh berdasarkan ciri frekuensi khusus yang menandai timbulnya cacat, berupa Fundamental Train Frequency (FTF) yang terjadi pada sangkar, Ball Spin Frequency (BSF) pada bola, Ball Pass Frequency Outer (BPFO) pada lintasan luar, dan Ball Pass Frequency Inner (BPFI) pada lintasan dalam, sesuai dengan geometri bantalan dan kecepatan putar poros motor. Dari hasil eksperimen dan analisis data yang dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa peningkatan kerusakan yang terjadi pada bearing berdasarkan kemunculan getaran pada frekuensi FTF, BSF, BPFO dan BPFI mendekati nilai frekuensi per komponen bantalan yang dihitung manual. Bantalan yang mengalami kerusakan pada lintasan dalam menghasilkan amplitudo dominan pada 123,03 Hz (1xBPFI), kerusakan lintasan luar menghasilkan amplitudo dominan pada 228,92 Hz (3xBPFO), kerusakan bola akan menghasilkan amplitudo dominan pada 31,1 Hz (1xBSF) serta kerusakan sangkar akan menghasilkan amplitudo dominan pada 9,34 Hz. Selain itu kerusakan yang paling pertama muncul adalah pada lintasan dalam dikarenakan kontaminasi debu yang dimasukkan ke bantalan langsung bergesekan dengan lingkaran dalam bantalan sehingga kenaikan laju amplitudonya lebih tinggi dibandingkan kenaikan laju amplitude elemen bantalan bola lainnya.
